It's a very unique and peaceful place. We stayed here in Summer, and we really loved our two days here. Our room was well equipped, spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. Staffs were very friendly as well. I heard that the pool here is very popular, so I will probably come again in Summer for sure. We also plan to have a very special day here soon, and I am sure that we will have a great time!

It was quiet and relaxing during my visit. Room was very clean and updated. Really nice facilities and gorgeous landscaping, too bad I was there on business else I could have enjoyed it. The food options I tried were excellent and staff was courteous. Overpriced convenience food options just like every other nice hotel.

This resort is beautiful. Went here to meet up with a friend from out of town. Beautiful, beautiful resort. Golf course, shopping, clubhouse, meeting building. Rooms are huge, nice walking space, not crowded, room service serves full meals and drinks whatever you like. They also have valet service or self parking.

This is my second visit. The first visit we were delayed hours getting into a room. The room was not as expected. We ultimately-after waiting another 1 hour- checked into a very nice room. This year we requested the same room. This of course did not happen. The manager was very unapologetic.
    Great architecture
Very good food and food service.
    Excellent wine and beverages director
    Lousy business office

And good luck getting poolside service. I have asked 2 staff that send a server and have been waiting 20 minutes to order

Loved staying at the hotel. Restaurants were great. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Our room was recently updated. Only problem we had was my husband got stung by a scorpion that was in our bathroom. We called down to the front desk and they sent up staff to dispose of the scorpion. Medical staff also gave my husband ice packs and lotion for the sting bite. We ended up receiving a complimentary dinner from management. Would recommend the hotel as the hotel and staff were great.

Many of my relatives are members of the Biltmore. We love to walk around the grounds and visit the shops in the main courtyard area. The restaurants and bars are amazing (with the exception of the swim-up bar which is adequate. But hey, a swim up bar is a luxury in and of itself and doesn't need to be anything special.)

Staying here for a conference, and so far so good. The staff seem friendly as many will greet you as they pass by. The room I stay in is clean and well organized. It's nothing that has blown me away, but it's very nice. I haven't eaten anything on the property as it all seems entirely way overcharged. Overall, I'd stay here again!

This is such an amazing place with awesome views and the friendliest staff. We stayed at Ocatilla, which is basically a hotel within the hotel. The suite was immaculate with a balcony with mountain views. You have access to the Club Lounge with complementary beer, wine, breakfast and refreshments throughout the day. The pools were great as well. I would definitely recommend the Arizona Biltmore to anyone.

The Arizona Biltmore is effortlessly relaxing. So many pools to choose from my 2 year old even had her favorite (which also happened to be Marilyn Monroe's favorite pool). I highly recommend the historical tour if you're interested in history, architecture and tales of famous guests who have stayed here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and they sent us champagne and chocolates! The breakfast at Frank and Alberts was delicious though dinner service was a little slow. We weren't in a hurry so this was fine. I would definitely recommend staying there!

Amazing property well managed and maintained. Staff was so super nice, helpful, and informative on services and amenities. Food experiences were great. 24 hour pools and hot tubs were also the best ever. Will return as soon as time allows.

The property itself was beautiful. I came for a work conference and is the first time I've been to AZ. The staff is supper friendly and helpful except the gift shop lady she was a total bit$!. I stayed for 3 nights. My room was kept very clean by the maid staff. The beds are cozy but I was not in my room a lot. Overall a great stay.

Wondering rooms with great staff and service. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure the stay is a memorable and pleasant one. I attended for a work event over a free days in April. I had a first floor room in Valley which was very nice. Sounded like others at event had a larger room but mine had a garden view and was colorful and beautiful. The architect of Frank Lloyd Wright can be seen thought it and makes for a unique setting. Food at the events was great and a large variety. Through enjoyed my stay.

My mother and I visited The Arizona Biltmoreto celebrate a special birthday. We made reservations at Frank and Albert's for a casual but upscale experience. The food was good, but the entire time we had food at our table we were assulted by flies. The one star rating is for the way the staff responded. They didn't care that we were concerned that this creates an unsafe and unsanitary environment. We were not the only table to complain.
