Five Diamond hotel which really lives up to its grade. The service here is amazing and all the facilities are terrific. The pools are fantastic and so is the landscaping. It's a wonderful place for a retreat or a getaway or even a starvation. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

We were given Check-in Margaritas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. They have access to outside patios or balconies. Plenty of pools with a beautiful view. Meals were a bit pricey but what one would expect at a resort. Plenty of options within walking distance. Parking was charged daily. We enjoyed meeting Lance the hawk at breakfast. There was music the nights we were there and lots of extras provided, be sure to read over the information provided.

What a lovely resort. The bar is a friendly place for a draft beer or fine wine. Very friendly staff. Check in is very nice and simple. Ask anything you need to know. They have the answers! This venue is amazing for a wedding backdrop (which is what we were here for). The greenery and the mountains were so lovely for photos.

Great place to go for a drink in the eve, sit outside in beautiful grounds, really lovely seating areas, stunning landscaping, with the sound of water fountains, very pleasant. There is music on very often, not sure if it's every day or not, def on a Wednesday and Saturday eve. Very high quality singers.
My only gripe is the parking. Almost every time I have been there has been an issue with getting out of the parking lot. There is valet, but I chose to self park. It is $8 but can be validated at the bar. Every time when I've tried to exit there has been an issue. Very annoying. If the parking was better if give 5 stars.

This is a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. AC could have been better Plenty of places to eat. Marketplace has food and necessities. (Wine and Beer). It's kid friendly. Nice pool with a water slide. One side has a beach with sand that is part of the pool. The WIFI was complimentary but they charge for everything. Parking, resort fees are extra to the room rate. The resort is 10 to 20 minutes away from almost anything you would want. (Shopping / Attractions).

We visit there for our anniversary last year. We are planning to spend our anniversary there this year again.

The hotel itself was nice. It's "The Hyatt". Luxury looking hotel. Swimming pool is nice. The restaurants and bars are nice and quiet. The foods were very good, too.

However, what made us to plan to go back to this hotel this year again is. People work there.

The receptionists, door man, security guys, restaurant servers. Even people clean the facility They are all super nice and professional. We just fell in love with all the staffs work there.

Their service is just priceless. They made us want to go back there again.
We cannot wait to go back there :)

This place is amazing! Such a beautiful hotel with great service. Beds are 10/10 comfortable and the rooms are designed for relaxation. The lobby and restaurant area is one of my favorite places because it's so spacious and open. Overall, this is one of the most beautiful properties in this area.

We checked out Center Stage Bar for a low key night on Thursday. It was recommended by my colleagues and I enjoyed every minute being there. The service was excellent above and beyond what I could ever ask for. And the live band was amazing! It was all around so awesome.

Hyatt is a very well-regarded hotel for VERY GOOD REASON! The Hyatt Regency in Gainey Ranch is both fun and luxurious. Everything is clean, cozy, and presentable. Even the worst room(s) is/are better than rooms almost anywhere else. The pool area is very deluxe. There are some lovely restaurants, including a mighty fine Italian one. And if you go there for dinner, the prize is tickets for your party to ride the gondola. Quite the experience! Relax and enjoy a ride from a retired opera singer

The only caveat, if you wish to enjoy the full experience, then the Regency Club is a must! With the Regency Club you get access to an included breakfast buffet (they also serve light dinners and snacks throughout the intervening hours) with outdoor seating. Also, the spa is great, complete with steam room, dry sauna, Jacuzzi, cold plunge, and mineral pool. There is no better place to stay in Scottsdale, where you can set out to explore the town, golf, or even go hiking in the desert. Bicycles are available for rent.

I am not huge into resort life but this place does it pretty well. Came here for a conference and they have a little bit of everything for everyone. Adult only pools, classy cocktail areas, rock walls and water slides round out a diverse set of onsite activities. Great for a conference as well as a family vacation.

I was there for a reception proceeding a fancy dinner. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was kind and helpful. Parking was even a breeze (I don't like to valet, but that was also an option). I really appreciated my experience at the place.

This resort has it figured out. Easily the best pool area of any resort in the valley, they allow guests to access it 24 hours. The brunch has one of the biggest selections I've encountered from eggs Benedict to prime rib to sushi to crab legs, and you can pay a small upcharge to have unlimited champagne and mimosas included. The bar area by the main lobby has live music every night which is worth going to see even if you're not a resort guest. The grounds are gorgeous, and they have fun services for guests like free bicycle rentals and a gondola ride when you eat at their Italian restaurant. Highly recommend visiting especially in summer when you can get killer deals on the room rates!
