The room was very clean. I was happy to see hard wood flooring throughout the space. The hotel itself was inviting from the outside. It sits away from the main road so there was no noise. The front desk clerks were polite and knowledgeable. I would easily stay here again.

Pretty good hotel, rooms are nicer than expected (PREMIUM ROOMS). Area is not the best but the hotel is good. Security on every door so only people that are staying can enter.

We had stayed at the regular Red Roof Inn before and were surprised that there wasn't a fridge in the room and no breakfast was included. Only premium rooms have a breakfast snack. Room was nice hence the rating. I don't know why they call these locations "Plus". Less amenities and no breakfast which is a minus in my book.

Nice room.. Clean beds, floors, furniture, bathroom, beds were comfortable. Nice accommodations with considerate amenities. ice, coffee, snacks, etc. Parking was fairly well lit with security lights. However there was two people on the west exit who were acting strange and high. They appeared to be making something in a coke bottel on the walkway. Room window had children's greasy finger smears on glass. Stair well floors dirty and stained with lots of dust on stair frames. Staff were friendly and helpful Fairly nice stay for the money Would stay there again.

This place is great!! First off, Thursday night (10/19) I came into town with my friend, we had some trouble with another hotel losing our reservation so I looked for something else and this hotel popped up for a good price. We made our reservation and got checked in. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice. We got settled into our room and went to sleep for the night. We got up the next day and I wanted to check to see if we could upgrade so I went downstairs and talked to the general manager just inquiring about the upgrade (which was marketed quite well throughout the hotel), she then upgraded us for FREE. After my previous night with that other hotel, my whole trip was made. Thank you Red Roof staff for keeping the hotel clean and safe. It was a quite enjoyable trip and y’all made it that much more pleasant. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Thanks so much!!!

Great experience as always with red roof hotels chain. Always has been one of my first preference considering the price which is unmatched with any of their competitors!!

Nice customer service. There's a decently sized homeless population in this area, however this hotel does have a security officer that keeps an eye on cars in the parking lot. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Had Trey and Leah at the front desk. And they we're awesome. Very professional. And appreciated all the help they provided for us. Room super clean! Beds comfy! Nice pillows also. Spacious! And room prices were considerably low priced. So all in all awesome 3 days here and would return!

We stayed for one night and opted for a room with no fridge, which was fine. So keep in mind, not all rooms have one. Another thing was no breakfast aside from coffee. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to I-10. We went to a baseball game and it only took about 20-25 minutes to get to Chase Field.

This hotel was conveniently located off the freeway with ample parking. There was a Circle K within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was all friendly. The only downfall was the hallways downstairs constantly smelled like marijuana.

Big fire hazard not safe to stay at this location. The windows are strewed shut. I've stayed several times in different floors and they're all like that. The restroom fans don't turn on in any of the rooms I stayed in. Extremely pricey for not having a continental breakfast. The maintenance man was listening to loud music on his phone. Went out for breakfast came back to a looked door. My Key didn't work like some soared of traffic control. Not convenient being the door closest to the elevator. It was after 8am and the door closest to the front desk was unlocked.

Overall not horrible. A little disappointed in the beds. They were older, loud and uncomfortable. In addition, a couple of the light fixtures were missing light bulbs. Lastly, booked the hotel literally five minutes after someone else in our party and paid $55 dollars more. (Booked on same website which was red roof). Price never dropped, called and asked and was denied and didn't have too much help during conversations. To make it better, hotel was not that busy as plenty of parking spots were available. Lastly, front desk staff were friendly, but slightly inappropriate with their joking.

Decent deal. OK location for the airport (~15 min drive with fairly heavy traffic given construction on I-10). Only standard chain restaurants nearby with a few local Mexican restaurants. But again, only ~10 min to the city. Overall a decent deal. Fyi, no fridge or microwave in room. But the room is good sized.
