The room I had was good other than the bathroom. I found it to be dirty complete with other people's hair in the shower and on the floor. I thought it was kind of disgusting. The bed was comfortable though.

The staff was great and friendly, we decided to change our one bed room to a two bed one and we didn't have any problems. We asked for more towels and it didn't even take them a minute to deliver them to the room. It was clean and comfortable, the area is great and the breakfast is good ad well. Would totally recommend this hotel

I have stayed here 3 times. Company rooms. Have no complains. In today's society it doesn't matter what motel you stay in, you are going to have homeless people. I have never had any problems with them. The staff do their best to keep them out. They could have a shuttle to Walmart on Sundays, that would be great.

The rooms here are very nice. The beds are especially comfortable! But the main reason I give this hotel a 4 star was the amazing customer service that I received from Casper! He was so very sweet and accommodating to our circumstances. I will continue to book my stays in phoenix at this location due to Caspers impeccable customer service! YOU ROCK CASPER!!!

😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😡😡if I could give u negative star rating I would!!! Yesterday was my graduation for my masters program. In the middle of my shower with shampoo in my hair the water turned off. I yelled out of the bathroom to see what happened. My dad went down and found out that maintenance turned off the water. I had my dad go back to the office and let them know to turn back the water bc I was in the middle of it and I had to get ready for my graduation. My dad had come back and inform me that the two ladies said they couldn’t do anything. They tried calling the rooms to let People know. Here is the kicker we saw two cleaning ladies as we were walking to our room to get ready they could have informed us. Our phone had no telephone cord so we couldn’t have gotten the call or voicemail. There was no note on our door or stairwell stating what they were planning on doing. We had breakfast earlier with the same employees at the front desk and they could have warned people. I was so furious. La Quinta wouldn’t help us at all. I had to go to graduation with soap in my hair and tried my best to fix it. I had to use perfume to spray my body since I did t get to finish my shower. Even on a special day the employees at la Quinta couldn’t help us out. Any students, family, friends at Grand Canyon university who are looking to book a room near the school DO NOT BOOK with LA QUINTA on thomas road they do not care about their customers and their needs. We had to tell the employees twice to put a phone cord to our room and when they finally did the phone kept ringing throughout the night with static on the end that we barely got. Good nights sleep!! I WILL NEVER STAY At a LA QUINTA INN Again!!! Thank you for ruining my graduation and my stay at phoenix, luckily I was only visiting for my graduation with my family.

Affordable rates, rooms are quite decent for the price, and there's a Denny's in the same lot as the hotel's (discount available for LaQuinta guests). Decent Wi-Fi too!

Decent phonix motel with clean rooms, there's a was and dryer on site, a small pool, friendly staff, and in the distance you can see mountains. The large single bed rooms come with a coffee maker, tv (with vary basic cable), microwave / Fridge combo, a table / chair set, a recliner chair, ironing board, and iron. The bed was fairly comfortable and there was a whole lot of pillows.

In desperate need of an update. Showers were hot thats about it. Small rooms small toilets dirty floors needed to be mopped. Clean towels were in the room but found stains on the bed sheets so unsure if they were cleaned each day. Breakfast selection is very poor here. One of the lower end lower kept la quinta inn hotels i have ever been at.

First off, the staff is very friendly and fast. That's where the good part ends though. The location is not great; very industrial area, right next to noisy highway, street behind units had homeless people walking around. The rooms were just okay. First room we had reeked of smoke so I called the front desk. he assured me that it was a non-smoking room and he would send someone up to take care of the smell. After about 15 minutes of waiting I had a bad headache from the smell so I went down the front desk to talk to the receptionist. She was very kind and switched our rooms quickly and apologized. Our next room didn't have as bad of a cigarette smoke smell but it still smelled like bad hotel perfume. the bed was pretty hard and I didn't sleep very well, the rest of the room was fine, not in the best condition but not disgusting either. Breakfast was normal for continental style; cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee and juice. Compared to other La Quintas this was definitely the least nice one we've visited.

Stay here sometimes when doing job in downtown Phoenix. The company I do contract work for send us here. It's an OK property. Rooms are decently clean and functional. Outside is a bit more dirty and rundown. Plenty of quick eating options within walking distance. One of the rooms we had had a microwave which was great. But not every room has one. If it doesn't you can go down to the lobby and heat up your food. Check-in is usually pretty quick for mid-afternoon.
