Horrible. The hotel is under construction. So if you want to enjoy a noisy cold breakfast this the place to book. The website States false information in regards to what the rooms include. I booked in this hotel since it stated in their suite rooms they have a whirlpool. When checking in the receptionist stated she does not know if it has one that I'd be surprised when I go in the room. Very disappointed for the false advertising misleading information. Horrible service. Been a member since 2014 with best Western .by far the worst hotel.

Very bad experience. Too long a check in process, over half an hour, considering we'd checked in online. Then had a room with no heat, maintenance person who flipped the breaker leaving us sitting in the dark and then was unable to fix either the heat or the lights. Had to pack our belongings with only a pen flashlight. Told there were no additional rooms only to have the maintenance person return to claim her flashlight, telling us we should have gone to the desk for keys to a new room. New room had a bathtub that should have been replaced, smoke detector covered in plastic, and no television remote. Both nights noisy visitors at 3 a.m. No offer for anything to compensate for our bad experience. Would not recommend this particular Best Western.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They offer a happy hour time for the guests in the evening time. The pool was down but you are able to go to the neighboring hotel to use their pool. Glad that was offered to us.
We had stayed a couple nights, on our 2nd day we had left for the day, upon our return housekeeping had my daughter's stuffed elephant sitting on the bed nicely waiting to greet us back, she really loved that. Thank You :)response / report this review -

Nice rooms. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Did not get chance to have cocktail​ hour. Did not use pool. Rooms could be better designed. No power outlet at desk. No towel rack or hanger for hand towels at sink. Shower curtain kept sliding open.

We booked a standard room and checked in late at night. We ended up getting a Jr suite, I'm assuming due to availability. But it was very clean, very roomy. The towels were soft and plush. Bed comfortable as well. (though we were exhausted so a little bias, we could have slept on the floor) Overall very nice, very pleased with the place.

Great hotel in every way. Perfect location for shopping and dining and sight seeing in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and all surrounding areas. Walking distance to Dreamy Draw Park for a walk, ride, run in the desert. Wonderful staff and extremely helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. They have everything and it is wonderful. Also free Happy Hour and newspapers. Love this place. We have been staying here for years and it just keeps getting better!!

Great location, great people, great service. They are putting a lot of work into the property, but everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the front desk supervisor and GM, are superb. You won't find better guest service anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay in northeast Phoenix.

The cable was hard to do. They use the clean remote thing and it was hard to get right number. No TV Guide but there was a list of the stations. But the station's we are all different for example CBS station 5 was 3. The queen bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is good the first time I ever saw pancake machine. Just press the button and two pancakes are made.

What a beautiful hotel. Our check in with Sam was swift and he was so helpful. He gave us a list of restaurants and suggestions for just what my husband and kids felt like eating. When you are new to a city you really appreciate any advice and tips and Sam really came thru!!
We had a quick swim in the beautiful pool and when I noticed the laundry room Tony stopped what he was doing to check on the hours and to find some laundry soap for me. Thank you Sam and Tony for taking the time to make our stay so easy and comfortable. We will tell our friends about this hotel and definitely return.response / report this review -

​Our stay was on a Saturday 4/22/17. I'm so glad I found this hotel. They were able to let me have small family birthday party outside the pool area by the grills. ​I booked 2 rooms to be by the pool area. The only problem with that was the rooms were on the other side of the building and I needed it to be by the pool area since I have little kids who needed to go to the restroom so we were going back and forth a lot. Other then that the free breakfast was good! Loved the waffle maker and the biscuit and gravy were delicious. The rooms were nice and clean. The king size bed was comfy. I would come back and I will recommend to my friends and family.

We were very happy with the stay. It exceeded our expectations. We had great refreshing time by the well kept pool. My husband had a good workout in the workout room. We appreciated the god hot breakfast, and the beer and snack on the evening. It was nice to meet the other guests and have a chance to chat. The hotel staff was also very nice and helpful. I recommend it.

I checked in at 5:30 pm Sunday evening and was greeted by a young lady and older guy about my age. They spoke as if they've known me for years. Very relaxed..Then I was offered free wine or beer during their "social hours'. The room was above average for the price. Clean and cozy. Everything worked..And the Breakfast wasn't the expected "continental'..It was an actual hot breakfast! The works. And as you walked into the breakfast area each morning you were greeted with a friendly "good morning"! Fitness center,computers to use, there was even a grill outside near the pools to use. laundry(but you need quarters for the machine),..but anyway,Great Hotel/motel for the price!

We were looking for place close to the airport by not directly by airport. This was a perfect location, only 10-15 minutes to the airport. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. All the staff was either friendly, attentive, or pleasant. The desk staff gave us good restaurant reconmendations. We had asked one of the maintenance staff where towels were and she ran and got them for us even though she had her painting clothes on! The social hour was nice. Any questions concerns we had were address promptly and respectfully.

Good location off 51. Scenic back drop was nice. Access in and out of driveway is difficult Room was comfortable but hotel is dated. Laundry with stacked near stairwell which made property look dumpy. Very nice staff however. Maintenance guy even helped carry my bag to my room.
