Awesome stuff great customer service. Facility is nice and clean. Fitness Center has great workout equipment. Swimming Pool and sauna are outstanding. Truly enjoyed using the facility services to the max.

Checking in and out was smooth. Happy hour was very nice and relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and nice. Hallways are a tad messy but my biggest issue was noise. I could hear Everytime my neighbor flushed or used water at all. At 5:00am it's very unfortunate for a light sleeper.

Comfortable suite with two beadrooms and common area. Quite and bed comfortable. But some weird door/wall collision design otherwise very nice layout with a small kitchen.

My husband and I stayed there for two weeks in September. The room was nice and clean. The housekeepers were great but the front staff was a bit rude. Their complementary breakfast was quite disgusting, the fruit was okay but their hot food was horrible. I was only able to eat it once and never again. Their breakfast potatoes were overcooked and the eggs were gooey . Their evening meals were also horrible hard bread for their hotdogs. Their gym is quite small only four machines and no room to do anything else. Pool water always looked dirty. Pictures make it look like a big place but its actually a really small hotel.

This place is clean and looks nice. Our room was clean and had a stove, microwave, and full sized fridge. Was very comfortable. Salt pool was a bit cloudy. Food was okay and complimentary. We like this place and would go back. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel. Staff are wonderful, grounds are beautiful and suites are very comfortable with all the amenities. The Teddy Bear is a sweet touch.

It's proving to be a nice stay. The room is great. Appreciated the complimentary buffet and wine this evening. Lovely pool area. I'll be back.

I stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip and was very satisfied. The room had a beautiful bathroom, comfy bed, nice living space, and a full kitchen. The area is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I was pleased with the service--housekeeping was thorough and the employees I spoke with were polite. They offer complimentary breakfast (6:30-9am) and I believe a dinner as well (5-7pm?). There is also a small store next to the front desk where you can buy things like toiletries, snacks, and reading material, albeit at a large markup. The pool and hot tub are lovely and there's a large supply of towels and seating to improve the experience. Overall a lovely place and if I had the chance, I would return. I can't speak to value/price as I did not shop around or foot the bill.

Went to the bar on the patio with a friend around 10pm. They were slow, the bartender was slow too. The resort itself is beautiful and there was plenty of good parking.

This review is overdue, but I would like to single out Kristy for her amazing service. She is a great ambassador for Courtyard and Scottsdale. I'll definitely be back on my next visit. Keep up the great work!

Great location for groups or conferences. The staff were very welcoming and quick to get you to you room. Spacious two bedroom suites with kitchenettes. Pool area is very nice as well as the hot tub area. Lounge has a Manager's evening where snacks, wine and beer are complimentary. sit inside the lounge or by the fire tables on the patio.

Stayed here for two days for a work Christmas party. My wife and I really enjoyed the room service (those sweet potato fries were delicious!) and our room. Our king suite had a kitchen the size of a small apartment's (full-size fridge, sink, cabinets, dishwasher) and the bed was nice. There was two televisions in the room, one sink for the bathroom and a typical bathtub shower.

The hotel had a little construction going on for the front entrance so it was a little odd coming in but besides that we had a great time. We did not have time to take advantage of the free evening drinks and snacks, but that sounds like a wonderful amenity.
