We checked in without a reservation but we're still able to get a honeymoon suite--complete with a heart-shaped tub. There also was a fireplace. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay here again!

Was not impressed at all. Room size was good but everything needs updating. Breakfast is horrible. They should just not offer it. The other main issue is when we stayed the second floor had a really bad smell of gas. When I approached the front desk they blamed it on the windows that vent the boiler room. I was still there when they went to check and I heard the lady say that the piolet light went out and the room was not being vented. To many other options on the strip to ever need to stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the view of the river from our balcony. The service staff was friendly and the wifi was fast. Our only complaint at all was that the breakfast was a bit lackluster. Overall, we'll definitely consider them the next time we're in town.

The room was fine. Clean. I wouldn't say it was worth the rates. Should be updated the view isn't as nice as they say far from the mountains. We booked 3 nights had an emergency and had to leave early they were not helpful at all and would not even give us half of the money back for one night. Hopefully no one in your family needs emergency surgery because this place won't care. Location is great! You can walk to titanic Hatfield and McCoy etc. The only reason they are receiving two stars from me is for the location and it's easy to find

Hotel is great and it's pretty modern. We had a flat screen in our room and there's one in the lobby. The only thing I have to say that's bad is that the breakfast is on the lower end. The taste is okay but they don't have many options and the room where you eat it in is very small. If you come while this place is busy then you might be better off going somewhere else for breakfast

We've stayed a few times and love it. Very reasonable rates. And the rooms are very clean, fresh, and well maintained. We'll definitely stay again.

When we first got there the man at the counter seemed really rude, we only stayed there one night and it was 125 dollars, then upon leaving the hotel we got charged 200 dollars for "smoking in the room" we didn't once smoke in the room and only 2 of us smoked, and when we did smoke we went down to the car and I know we didn't smell of smoke so heavily that the room smelled like smoke. The room is small, and parts of the ceiling seemed to be coming off, the beds were fine and the bathroom is okay, the WiFi sucked, and it's a hard location to get out of. Be careful if you are staying here you might get charged for something you didn't do.

Located on a main busy road. I thought the room was to small for everything in it. It was nice to have a balcony however in the evening there were so many bugs and you could not turn the light on balcony off. We did not eat the breakfast so can not comment on that. I would consider staying again but probably not my first choice.

Our family stayed here for one night on our way home from Myrtle Beach. We loved it! The view of the river was beautiful. The hotel was very clean, staff was excellent, & concierge was awesome. Location is perfect, right in the action of Pigeon Forge. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We will return!

My wife and I spent a week there, we’re from southern Illinois. (well worth the trip!) We met the very nice lady we made the reservations with in person when we arrived. Her name is Lindsey and she’s even nicer in person. Maybe we’re not used to the southern hospitality; she and another lady at the front desk named Sharleen made us feel like home! We stayed in a honeymoon suite overlooking the river from the balcony. The river is right next to the hotel, and let’s not forget the heart shaped Jacuzzi, fireplace, and a bed I could of slept all day on. All around an A++++++ It’s VERY well priced.. I now have this bookmarked on my computer. Oh, the Internet speed was wonderful, Netflix, tablet and two cell phones with no problem. And the rooms are practically sound proof.
    WE LOVED IT!!!
