Very reasonable. Very friendly staff. I would stay again. About the property, the 90's would like their decor back. Needs massive updating. Room could have been cleaner.

Fantastic condo location for a relaxing few days in the Smoky Mountains. Our unit was clean and updated and had fantastic views of Mt LeConte. We would come back.

We had a first floor balcony view over Gatlinburg. It was beautiful. You are up above some of the fog and you can see it rise and fall throughout the morning and evening, when we went in early November. They provide firewood and it is very enjoyable to relax with a fire on the cool nights. It is very quiet and not too overly lit. The pool and hot tub were the perfect heat. The 3 nights we spent there were the absolute highlight to our road trip. It was hard to leave. If there is any con at all, it is that it is about 1000 feet above Gatlinburg. You travel up a few side roads and then eventually the narrower mountain road. There isn't much for guard rails, so travel slow and safe the first time up and down. My 2006 Honda Accord handled it just fine. Enjoy!

Little tricky the first time, more modern then most places and lots of room would highly recommend. The cleaning service before us just did a half ass job cleaning or it would have gotten 5 stars. (Stepped on a beer bottle cap bare foot like 10 minutes after I got in my room.)

Rotting, poorly maintained facility. Beware the rotting balconies. Absolutely no sound barriers between apartments so one is aware of neighbor's intimate lives. The star is for the limitless dry firewood, and although the matresses were cheap they were new and pretty comfortable.

Condo was great for our family of five! Only wished there was a washer/dryer in condo. But laundry facilities are on site so I made die. Beautiful view

Only stayed two nights but that gave us practically four days including before and after check in and out times. The end of the week after labor. We were close to everything. But when back at the condo we were away from it all. And we were lucky enough that the car show was at Pigeon Forge the following weekend. So we got to see all the old cars and trucks as they were arriving and setting up. Great time. Great place. Great view too.

The summit has such a great environment and it's just a nice, comfortable vacation spot. The view is legendary, it's close to downtown Gatlinburg, and lastly the summit is most definitely a kid friendly condo. their are 2 pools (one indoors and one outdoors), and even an arcade in the office! If you are looking for a place where you can relax with your kids or go out and do activity's, then I highly recommend the Gatlinburg summit for you.

Lovely view of the mountains. Would not want to live in this particular area. Twisting roads, no lights on roads, street signs difficult to see at night, no guard rails, drivers tailgate and speed on roads. SAY YOUR PRAYERS!

Very nice condo love the view from the balcony. Only complaint i have is the patio door is a pain to open it is like wrestling with a bear to open. Condo is clean and comfortable. Quite so you sleep very deep. Road up is a adventure on its own. I would recommend this site.

I loved the stay there the view was breathtaking. There where only three things wrong 1 Their was no elevator you had to walk up a lot of stairs. It wasn't a problem if you was on the bottom floor but we where on the 3 floor and we had a lot to carry to are condo. 2 The roof was leaking we told the mantince man. Oh and we booked a room with a washer and dryer when we got their their wasn't one. Other than that we had a great time we loved every thing we saw bears and everything.

Beautiful summit views of the valley and surrounding peaks (depending on which side you are on). Very quiet outside!
Buildings are older and floors are VERY squeaky! You can definitely hear people above you moving around which can be very loud and annoying.
But the unit we stayed in was very comfortable and nice (2 bed, 2 bath, fireplace, small scenic deck, small dishwasher, small stove/oven, small water heater which would only provide about 20 mins of hot water so you had to be quick.) All in all it was a good experience for us!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Our views are absolutely worth the winding drive up the mountain to the location! The indoor pool and spas are great. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
