Really the best place to buy a car. We did 3 leases with Mike McAllister, he is beyond awesome! I mean really awesome. Not wasting time, really knows how to get business in genuinely, knowledgeable and kind, patient! Knows credit score, knows to give you a right fair price (they need to make $$$ as well).
He will go over options, what makes sense for you, why this why that..I mean he will spend his time to make sure that this is the right choice.
The dealership itself is very nice, has kids play area, has some cool snacks, everyone seems well taken care of.
Service is always good, sometimes they lack loaner cars, but other than this in and out!
Prior to this we were only Mercedes people, but after owning one Lexus it's a done deal.response / report this review -

Wonderful Sales Rep. and Experience with Parker - great gentleman. Never felt pressured to buy a car, or walk out of dealership. We even told Sales Rep. we would be back, work-out final numbers so we could get the kids lunch / Dinner. They were more than generous with offer of trade-in and able to work on interest rate financing. Overall couldn't have been more satisfied as a consumer. It was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. Would recommend to family, and friends!! Great job Park Place Team!!

Adam Remington was awesome to work with to get into another lease. He was very personable and knowledgeable with answers to all of our questions. I really enjoyed working with him because he was genuine and real, not just there to get a sale. He was even very patient with us because we were shopping Audi also, and told us to make the best decision for our family. Of course, when it came to value and cost, that was Lexus. I highly recommend asking for Adam if you’re in the market for a car.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The class of the staff was impeccable. Ask for Jermaine. He was such a gentlemen, and he gave me the best possible deal he could give me. I felt like I was valued as a customer and that he genuinely wanted me to be pleased. He was not just trying to sell a car, he wanted me to be happy about the car I got. I cannot stress enough how helpful they were. This is a quality dealership, with a beautiful and world class facility, that has the staff to match. Everyone was so caring and polite. I love my car and I have the good folks at Park Place Lexus to thank for my happiness! I strongly urge u to visit them if u are looking for a new vehicle, u will not regret it.

Adam Remington was outstanding! Very professional and efficient with OUR time. He guided us appropriately and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous and seemed to go out of their way. Bryan Martin the Service Mgr was very helpful too answering all of our service questions. Park Place was a stellar experience and my daughter loves her new Lexus! Thanks Adam!

Both Mike & Kelly were very pleasant upon arrival to the dealership. Mike was able to locate the exact car I was looking. They were able to beat the interest rate and monthly payment I had previously been quoted by another bank and was able to close the deal same day, in no time flat. The process was very quick and easy so I will definitely be back for future purchases.

The new and used car experience is pretty good here. The agents are knowledgeable and have good levels of patience while going through the details. The service is decent as well, an overall rounded and decent experience. The parts section also has agents who are knowledgeable and provide good recommendations.

I want to express our sincere and honest thanks to Bryan Martin and the service team at Lexus for our most recent service need on 8/24/2017.
Brian listened to our concerns that we strive to get all our work done at Lexus as you will see in the history of our service records however I have recently have been underemployed in my skill set and we are struggling to make ends meet.
Brian is empathetic and took our situation and thought “outside the box” . He was able to assist us with the cost on the repair due to the battery being just off 100% warranty and other discounts in an effort to keep a happy customer.
I can tell you we are very happy and my wife has always said when she is ready to part with the 2008 Lexus ES350 and we are financially able she will be back for another vehicle.
Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to Brian for his excellent customer service. I have never been to a dealership service department that has cared for the customer as your team does in Plano.

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Daniel Moore, Internet sales manager and was definitely not disappointed. This was a first purchase from Lexus for my wife and I. The professionalism, courtesy, and overall customer service was superb and well reflected through Mr. Moore. He really went above and beyond and left a lasting impression with us. Certainly recommend him and this dealership. Good straight forward business.

They have made the car buying experience one that is pleasant, honest, and relaxing. I used to loathe the idea of even purchasing a car just because you feel like you're being scammed, but at Park Place, I was pleasantly surprised as to how honest, forthright, and chill the process was. Don Mitchell was fantastic. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but merely gave me options he thought I'd enjoy. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. They earned my business simply from how they've treated me when I get my oil change.

Very fair priced platinum edition vehicle, fast and efficient friendly service! I will be back. Their volume of sales allows them to price fairly and helped me get a great interest rate! We have been Park Place customers for a few years on the service side, so when it was time to buy we knew where we wanted to go. After deciding what vehicle we wanted, we found the exact color and option package on the lot at Park Place Plano. We did most of the deal via text message after a test drive, then came in to drop off the old keys and pick up the new ones. Our sales rep even came in on his day off, and stayed past closing to accommodate our schedules.
Our experience with service at the Grapevine and Plano locations on our previous Lexus was why we only shopped at Park Place. Service was always quick, they always put you in a new vehicle as your loaner, and they don't pressure you to do any work. When talking about purchasing, we found the same relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure to buy, but they were still reasonable and responsive to negotiation.response / report this review -

Just want to let everyone know what a different and lovely experience I had at Park Place Lexus in Plano, Tx. My sales Rep was there through the whole purchasing process, which I loved not going from office to office or person to person. I got a more than fair deal on my purchase and trade in. Michael O' Brian made my purchasing experience one that I will never forget. We were in and out with our new Lexus in record time, and that was important to me. Ask for Michael. He is an easy going guy that has your best interest at heart and will bend over backwards to find you what you are looking for. If you are looking for a pushy sales rep, he is not the guy for you. As for the dealership, I can't imagine any better service or attention at any of the other dealerships I've purchased from before. Park Place Lexus set the standards so high for us that nothing less will ever do.

I visited Park Place Lexus on multiple occasions testing various cars and reviewing options. I even went twice on a Saturday, when the dealership was very busy. During each visit Pat took the time to ride the cars with my wife and I. He took the time to explain each option and feature in detail. He got to know what we wanted and why. He made recommendations according to what mattered to us most and steered us away from options that would not have been worth the money. Every step of the process was carried out with the same attention to detail and effort to ensure that we understood our options and the value they presented to our personal preferences. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the experience and never felt rushed or pressured. From beginning to end Pat was patient, detailed and well, fun. He made the entire experience enjoyable.
