They misspelled my name so when i went back to get it fixed they took more than 3 hrs just to tell me their office in austin didn't respond to them. Very disappointed with their services. Staff will ignore you too.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR OFFICE PHONES TO answer questions. For 5 minutes you'll hear a greeting listing all tax office locations, then you'll be put on hold forever. You will end up having to drive to the office and ask your question in person. Other than that their employees are very helpful in the building.

Went by quickly and it was maybe 25 people in front of me. It's also helpful that the website lets you view the camera in real time so you can see how long the line is before you go. I went at 2:45 on a Tuesday and was out in 30 mins. The only negative is the smell was making me very sick to my stomach. I think it's the carpet and that needs to be pulled up.

Most of the staff here seems very unhappy every time I have visited this location. The lines at this office are always ridiculous. I went for what I thought would be an in and out kind of deal. Instead I was having to deal with an unpleasant, unprofessional supervisor with terrible English. It's very unfortunate that the people dealing with these kind of issues are employed here. At the end of it, I got no where. If I could give this office a zero I would!

Had to register a vehicle and the previous positive reviews were right in line with what I experienced today. Long, overwhelming line, but it moved rather quickly. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and they all seemed to enjoy their job! I recommend this location!

I got here at 9:35am to renew my registration and 17 min later I was in my car! There were 40 people in line but it moved so fast. This place is solid! Great work!
