Loyal customer for 4 years now. Go mainly for the games though. They could do better with the buffet, not the best selection. None the less there's food, games, appetizers in the back bowling area, as well as, adult beverages.

Dismayed, To say the lestjust go to Dave & Buster or Main Event , if you care about a clean and decent place to have your children running around in don't waste your time or money. this place is a broke joke, at least that's what it felt like. I did not like the experience at all.My children and I had never really heard anything about the place so we gave it a try. Not Impressed at all. The carpet needs to be removed ,the buffet needs to be updated ,I dared not to even think about using the restroom just because of the surroundings.
But hey, if your not picky then maybe ITZ for you.

Booked a private room for my daughter's birthday on Sunday, December 10th. Our host was Bailey and he went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of, even though I was running late. Kids had a great time! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because some of the games took points from the kids' cards, but didn't work. But everything else was great.

If you like sloppy pizza and over baked cookies, this place is for you. The salad bar is a bunch fruit and veggies that come from cans and frozen section. Don’t expect a sundae/ice cream bar to be included in the buffet price. You have to buy ice cream scoops. Also, if you have a teenage boy that likes shooting games, This place is for you. I have two daughters and they weren’t really impressed with the arcade games. They mostly wanted to be in the laser tag room with their Dad. Attractions? What attractions? One small tiny room for bumper cars. That’s dumb. If I come back it will probably be to Bowl and get tipsy at the Bar with all the slushy alcohol beverages that they have available.

Don't waste your money. This place is a joke! If you I arrive before 8pm you have to purchase a buffet and drink per person just to get in even if you don't want it. The buffet is a joke, barely warm pizza and there's hardly ever any food up there. The staff is lazy, rude, and have zero customer service skills. You can pay for "unlimited" games and other things but it's not even "unlimited" its actually very limited on what you can do. A lot of broken games and machines and the place isn't very clean. You're way better off going to D&B or Main Event.

This place is good for the kids. They have a buffet which mostly offers different options of pizza also pasta and it has a salad bar and a dessert bar too. The place is big and the arcade area is great. It could be less messy and dirty though.

With these two signs posted at your entrance, you lost my business before you ever had me walk in the door. in this day and age we can never be too careful. I am a law-abiding citizen which means I will not come into your establishment to do business with the signs, because I carry. however, the people that you are concerned about will not care what the signs say. your establishment is a " gun free zone" which means that everyone inside is at the mercy of someone who does come in with one and intends harm. I hope that you will reconsider this and allow those of us who are law-abiding citizens to patronize your business. until that time, I wish you the best. If you ever change your mind , let me know.

Visibly filthy. Glad we checked it out first. We were planning on having our kids birthday party here. We stopped by on a Tuesday because it's cheaper for the buffet. The eating rooms had a lot. And I mean a lot Of old food on the ground and on tables. We saw people walking around with cleaning carts, they just weren't actually cleaning. The buffet was extremely bare bones. So bare our 6 year old didn't care for much at all. My wife and I just picked at a few pieces. Needless to say we won't be using this place for the party. The prices per kid was high online but I figured it was worth it. It's not. We are basic non picky people and it didn't meet our basic standards. It gets a 2 star only because the buffet was $2.99 on Tuesdays

    Food service is low.
Ordered our food and they only brought out half of the food out. It took 1.3 hours for the rest to come out.
Manager was awesome though. There was a heavy storm that knocked the power out and Patrick kept everyone calm.

Itz was ok. We went there for the Pride of TX Music festival, and thus, we got free buffet food. The buffet had a lot of choices. I personally recommend the strawberry cake and the salads. However, when it comes to the games, they're not so great. I had 20 bucks in my pocket, and so I transferred it to my card. However, when I went to spend it, the 100 points were gone within thirty minutes. It's cheaper at chuck e cheese. Overall, if they had better spending value, it would be great.

Food was terrible. The atmosphere felt disgusting. My family and I were told we'll have to wait an 1 hour and a half to bowl. We did receive a refund on the bowling and games. The manager was nice about the refund. To make this place better they need to provide more sections for bowling, more arcade games and better pizza. THAT PIZZA WAS SO HORRIBLE.
Also some games weren't working and one game had a wooden draw sitting on the game pad, where any child could have hurt themselves with it.

The place is not bad. It's affordable, clean and has a good selection of food. When my family and I checked in, we had a misunderstanding with one of the staff members regarding payment verification as we had purchased the tickets online. Madison, one of the managers came in to resolve the issue. She was very professional, understanding and showed excellent customer service skills. Because of her, our experience at Itz was a 5 star one

I'd give it zero stars if it would allow. Truly the worst experience my family has ever had. We were told there was a 20 minute wait for a lane. Almost 1.5 hours later, we finally got one. Unlimited bowling is not what they really meanthey mean they let you bowl until they decide it's time for you to move on. 4 frames into our second game, again after waiting 1.5 hours, the lane suddenly shut down. We went to the desk to ask and were rudely told "we will give you 5 more minuteswe have a wait list." By the way, we ordered food and were told our estimated wait was 20 minutes (again) via the app they provide. We watched and waited for over an hour and never received anything. Oops, almost forgot one. Ordered a drink at the bar, bartender placed my debit card in his pocket. I didn't notice this, but was told by an off duty police officer that he did and it was oddno reason my card should have been in an employee's pocket. I asked the manager about it, and she said "he may have done that when he was busy", but that my card was now at the register. I watched him take it out of his pocket after she inquired.then was told "he's new."

This place is terrible. Worse than terrible. Don't bother going unless you like waiting and being kicked off your lane in the middle of an "unlimited" bowling sessionin the middle of a game.
