Stayed overnight around Christmas as a present to my kids. We had fun at the water park, but it was cold in there. We went because my kids like swimming, but we could only swim for so long because of the cold. The accommodations were fine. Nothing great. Most things are overpriced, but that's just part of the experience, I guess. It's good for swimming and water activities. The big slides were lots of fun. But one night was long enough of a stay to get the full experience.

Room was nice, clean and as advertised. We checked in on Thursday, went to the water park and had a blast! No lines. Buffet on Friday morning was great! The place started filling up Friday night. Crazy! Could not get a coffee, the line was 50+people deep. The buffet line was even.longer. great place.if you stay durring the week.

Staff is friendly enough but not overly. Rooms are well used, could use updating (or deep cleaning) because of use, not style. I visited during non peak times so feel value was good. I would be unsatisfied with this room had I paid peak time prices. Loads of kid activities, recommend wand Magi quest for 8+ . Many younger kids seem to have problems on their own. Great family place.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff was super friendly, the life guards are very attentive, and hard working. They were extremely accommodating to our son with special needs. I highly recommend this experience for your whole family. We hope to visit again. Please build one in Utah! Thank you for making our trip so fun, easy, and memorable!

My family has been to this location 3 times now. My daughter absolutely loves it and the grown ups have just as much fun as she does. This is a family resort so plan to spend a little extra or plan ahead and bring your own picnic. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. I definitely suggest you take your family for some water park fun.

We stayed one night this week of October. They had a lot of Halloween themed fun. However if ur bringing a kid with sensory issues think again, they will not have fun. Its supper loud! The only quite place was the hotel room and craft place. The room it's self was not worth $500 at all it was more like a motel room. The beds were like sleeping with a knee in your back. I guess the only thing good was the night staff. Yes the water park was sorta fun if u like screaming to talk. The day staff I'm not even going to go there Some were nice and others were rude Oh if u do go i would go to the crafts and make your own souvenir its cheep and fun! The staff was super sweet to.

It is fun to play all the quests and walk around to all the different floors. I have a blast in the Autumn and I get to go trick or treating with my family and friends. Story time is the same as always but it is cool. The only thing I would say is if when people are at story time to turn up the forest. When I went last I couldn't hear most of it and I was a little disappointed

I hate writing a bad review. But they say the water is kept at 85 degrees, that is hard to believe. All four of the girls stayed in the hot tub area that was over crowded due to all the other kids that were wanting to stay warm. It really is a pity and it was a waste of a lot of money. It is a great idea, warm the water up a little more and keep the place a little tidier and it can be a great place. Eating and staying here is expensive, which isn't bad if it attracts clean people who you are not worried about your kids being around, but the facility need to keep the water warmer and keep it tidy.

Place is focused around family enjoyment with special attention towards kids. Loose Moose has good food. Its buffet style for breakfast. Made to order omelets are available. Service can be improved, and they do make it a priority to help you have a great experience.

Wonderful place for children so much fun but I would recommend going to get your own food outside of great wolf lodge it would taste better. The elevators in the middle needs serious emergency maintenance. They are very old and takes a long time to get one to open. Some elevators do not work or open at all. Housekeeping did not bring us more tissue and our light in our room went out as well. If those issues get fixed they would be awesome and I still recommend great wolf lodge to all families

Service was excellent! Our room was ready ahead of schedule, very nice themed rooms and endless fun activities for all ages. There are multiple choices of restaurants. There is an outdoor water park along with the indoor one. A lot of fun water attractions for kids and even a few that will make any adult scream with delight. I recommend great wolf lodge to anyone or any family looking to get away for a few days and let loose and just have fun. 5 stars all the way!

We come here a few times a year and always have fun. Lifeguards are the best I've ever seen! Service is always friendly. Any issues are immediately resolved. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. So many activities to choose from. Already planning our next visit.

As soon as step in you'll see everything is worth the smile on your kids' face. Great kid themed rooms that are well maintained and clean. The indoor water park, complete with slides, will occupy all of your children's time if you let it. Games, quests for your children, arcades, great restaurants(second floor ground level for the breakfast buffet) and i suggest the third floor for dinner. The little glowing toys strategically placed throughout are expensive. But all the while the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Fun water park. Friendly staff. Food at the Firewood restaurant was pretty good. We got the room during Mother's Day weekend, so it was super overpriced. The room looked pretty cheap and amenities were so sparse (even Holiday Inn was better). This is definitely a three-star hotel and the whole place just feels very commercialized.

An indoor water park is a great idea for the fair skinned. This location was selected by the girl scouts and it is a blast for the kids and parents. The family suites are very roomy with a couch and 2 beds. The water park has pools for all different ages and there are 5 big water slides to choose from. The lifeguards are very attentive and staff are really friendly. There are also other activities like a ropes course, a wizard adventure, arcade, outdoor water activities, spa, and even a Starbucks all in the same building.
