Don't get a Toyota here. I have had two Prius cars, which I love. But I will NOT be buying a Toyota in the near future. I am liking Chevy. And I think others should look at Chevy.
Don't let the nice lobby and free WiFi and free drinks fool you. These individuals are CAR SALESMEN. Trust is something you won't have. I bought my first car in Enid, OK and if I could go back and buy it there, I would. Be your own advocate! Always say "do better!" Know the market too! Kelly Blue Book!!!!
This location is B.S. every time I go for any service , they said that I have to make an appointment. Even though they have no business.. I go to Richardson location instead. They take care so good and fast.!! Dallas location is great too (forest and 35 hwy) ..
Please see Wayne!
He sold me my car of which I am pleased to have purchased. He exhibited professionalism, noteworthy customer service and courteousness. What a warming character, so full of smiles and hugs!
Thank you kindly Wayne!
This 1 star rating is for lack of answering their calls.. the service inside maybe great but I promise people won't even think of shopping there if no-one answers the phone.. that's really unfortunate.. maybe everyone doesn't take lunch all at once..
This morning I had scheduled my car to be taking in to get a new battery and oil change. I had never experience racism quiet like this. It began with a few questions since I am not a car expert and it seemed like Travis was being forced to answer my questions. It then lead to the car transportation services to work, he looked my address. He rejected this by stating that my work was 5 miles out of their range. I told him that when I made the appointment I specifically made sure that I told the person I work in McKinney. The manager took me to the office where the appointments are made, the young girl admitted that she did tell me this. After being called a liar and telling me that they would not do any service on my car to never apologizing for accusing me of lying. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR TAKE MY CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. The service I could have serviced after their employees made the mistake yet no apologies. The rest of the employees saw what happened and they all began to help me. It was too late and all I wanted to do was take my money somewhere else.
It seemed like a nice enough place, and I'd seen a few cars online that I was interested in looking at. Unfortunately, the sales person that came up to help me was more concerned with hitting every stereotype of a car salesman possible. He started by asking what I wanted, and I gave him the list.
From that point forward, he ignored it. I was interested in a used car, and he only wanted to talk about new cars. Hitting the normal slimy car salesman tactics, he made a comment about how the used cars were on in the back or he could check inventory, but there were plenty of new cars out front.
He tried to make a point that with the new model year, the previous year was deeply discounted (not really), and that they could be financed at 0% interest (glossing over the fact that you lose the discount if you take that offer). He also straight-up lied, or perhaps he's bad at math, about the price difference, between a used car and a new being made up in that APR rate.
I have no idea if everyone there is like that, but this one experience was enough to get me to go elsewhere. Avoid this place if you want to deal with honest salesmen that actually listen to what you ask for.
My wife purchased a new car from this dealership back in 2008. A few weekends ago, I took the car to a body shop to have some body work done and was shocked to find out the car was not fully original and already had some prior body work done. The paint started chipping a few years after the warranty expired and I thought it was just a bad paint job done by the factory. It turns out the area where the paint was chipping was the area where the previous body work was done, prior to us buying the car. I looked back through all the purchasing paper work and could not find any disclosures where it stated the car had been "repaired". I called the dealership to see if maybe they had any records still in their system and spoke with the Sales Manager, and he stated "their systems are wiped clean every 3 years so they wouldn't be able to find any information". Mechanically the car has performed great and there have never been any issues, but it is still very concerning how this could happen, especially if the dealership was aware. I would think if the car was repaired in the factory, it would be "like new" and still have the VIN number on the repaired parts, which is clearly not the case. I understand this is a "dated" review since we are referring to a purchase back from 2008, but to me it's more based on ethics and principals because now we are responsible to fix this and also disclose this when reselling, which will most certainly affect the value of the car. Hopefully this was a bizarre, isolated mistake that wasn't caught but still very concerning.
Walked in to the dealership and was greeted warmly by Joe Salazar. He was patient and knowledgeable. Loved the service, financing worked hard for us too! Drove off in car that meet our family needs and with a great financing package-couldn't have asked for more! Great follow-up from Joe after purchase too, highly recommend!
Excellent service here. I've bought 2 cars here, first car was an excellent experience, the second one not as great but quite good (due to a slightly aggressive sales man, not expected in general when buying a car).
I always have my cars serviced here and the service quality is great. They don't waste my time, I have never been up-charged and the service personnel are always courteous. I recommend!
Only visited one dealer, Toyota of Plano, since it was closest to home. Met with Peter Chou, never felt rushed or pressured. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the car. He was patient and made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. Got a fair trade in value and good price on the new car. Spent a little longer time at the dealer than we wanted but Peter made sure the entire process moved forward as quickly as he could. Great job Peter and thank you !
So due to a recall I had to bring my Toyota in for an airbag replacement, while the wait has been long the kindness and service here has been fantastic. Absolutely no hassle and they were very forth coming on how everything was going with the replacement part.
They didn't have the part on hand so they sent someone to get it from a shop and still get the replacement done today.
I primarily worked with David in the service center who was so nice and helpful, I asked if they sold headphones and they don't but he happened to have a pair in his truck from his new phone and he just gave it to me.
I have worked in retail for 10+ years and I know what true service is, and David goes far beyond the call of duty. Turned a potentially painfully long wait to tolerable with those headphones!
I've had the worst experience at this dealership. I had a noise when I drove my car over 55. They told me that the noise is coming from the control arm. I approved the estimate of $1500. I was called and stated that the issue is when. I paid for the expense and drove my car. The noise was still there. I went back to the dealership and met with the mechanic who fixed my car. He told me that he was never told about the noise. Not sure why the control arm was replaced? This time they asked me to change the wheel bearing for the passenger side. Paid another $288. I was told problem fixed. Paid the expense. The noise was still there. They don't seem to test drive after replacing the parts. Took the car back the second time. Oh a different wheel bearing needs to be changed. Was called the third time. problem fixed. Test drove the noise still exists. Service manager concluded that I had a bad transmission. Replaced the transmission was told for the fourth time problem is fixed. Test drove the problem still exists. I was ripped off more than $1800 and my problem is still not resolved. I asked for a refund and the service manager assured me a call back yesterday morning. They did not call back. They are not someone worth trusting after going through this experience.
I love my Toyota! It has been the best most dependable car I have ever had. 10 Yrs without any problems!!! I recommend it to anyone. I get my schedule maintenance done at dealership bc I know they do a good job and are honest w me. They wash my car aft oil changes and make me feel valued.
Just bought my 3rd card in 13 years from Toyota of Plano! This time my salesman was Taylor Armstrong. He was super responsive and did a great job locating a hard to find model for us. Francisco in finance also did a great job and gave us a better deal than expected! Although this car is new, all our others were serviced at the dealership as well. Always an exceptional experience, especially recently with David Walc. I'll never buy/service a Toyota anywhere else.
I reached out to Tip Dickerson a month before I actually made my purchase. He followed up with me without over-doing it. He was informative and straight-forward. Everything from the test drive to the close out was a breeze. I received an incredible deal that no other dealershipnot even another Toyota dealership was able to match. I am pleased with my experience and purchase of a certified 2016 Camry.
