When I initially arrived the lady that checked me in wasn't very friendly. She warmed up after I said a few things to her (nice things. I believe in showing kindness no matter what). The room was nice. First floor, it was clean and not dated at all. I've stayed at 5 star places and although this is obviously not even close, it's great for families. The pool is open 24 hours so my son loved that. We were able to save a few hundred dollars on Universal without attending a time share presentation. I loved that 😁. Overall I do recommend this property. It's not far from Disney or the other parks. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas too.

The staff at this hotel aren't very helpful in any situation. I stayed here for four days for a work event, and had nothing but bad experiences with the staff excluding the cleaning staff they were super nice. The rooms themselves are fine nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. I would not ever suggest this place to anyone for a vacation.

Not a fancy hotel but they were able to get us adjoining rooms. I thought it was just as nice of not nicer than the value resorts on WDW property at a third of the cost. Rooms were clean and didn't smell weird. Staff was very very nice and told us about a back way to the park and it only took us 7 min to get to Epcot

Functional space to live in for a week but lacks some expected features like kitchen linens. Also, if dirt bothers you don't pick this place to stay. Our room needs the carpet replaced and stains removed from furniture. The location is spectacular but facilities need to be updated. It would be nice if two people could stand in the bathroom at the same time . A balcony would totally top off and help overcome the dirt for me.

The hotel is decent and deserves a 3 however because of the restaurant I give a 2.
    Pros:
    - The rooms are clean
    - The staff of the front desk are friendly
    - The pool is clean

    Cons:
    - The parking on the north side is very dark. Then, I don't feel safe at night walking around there and leaving my car there.
    - Some tiles are absent on the roof of the elevators.
    - the restaurant is not recommended. My wife ordered a salad and we can tell is the worst salad we have ever tried. It seems that they took a lettuce and halve it and put it on your plate with some other vegetables. We tried other dishes but we think that the taste of the food wasn't good. Some of the waitresses are not attentive.

The grounds overall seemed clean but not the best maintained. The lobby men's bathroom had broken and missing ceiling tiles. Possibly damaged from the last hurricane but still not pleasing to see. I was attending a conference and the front desk clerk was very friendly but seemed overwhelmed. She gave me her full attention to provide directions to the conference center but I could tell she had a lot to do behind the desk. The conference room itself was brightly lit and clean. The chairs provided we're definitely not designed for all day sitting. The av provider (may have been separate from the hotel) was still setting up when we arrived at 9. Don't know anything about the rooms as I didn't see one. Unsure of rates either.

I loved my stay there. The housekeeper Zorina was really pleasant and nice to me and my family. I loved the 24 hour pool service. But there was no carpet in the rooms, that's why I gave a 4 start. Overall I really loved it, we got discounted rates to the parks plus free shuttle to and from the parks. The two restaurants at the hotels plus nearby supermarket, shops and restaurants made our stay wonderful. Stayed there Aug 19-Sept 9, 2017 with my husband and son.

Great location within 15 minutes of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. The resort room was neat and relative clean. The queen beds had soft pillow-top mattresses. 32-inch flat screen TV with basic cable. The resort also had a 24 hour pool, a small movie area for children, small video game room, and a workout room. The front desk staff was nice. With that said, the bathtub did not drain properly. Also, the coffee maker did not look clean. I was only staying one night so did not make a fuss, but I will not be returning.

Everything so far was good, my wife and I are currently on vacation for our anniversary. We are still staying here tonight but one thing ruined our experience. The cleaning crew came in this morning already and made beds etc. 15 minutes ago someone who has a key card opened our door during my wife and I having intimate relations. While a do not disturb sign was on the handle. My wife noticed the door open. No knock, no words spoken, who knows how long it was open. When I said excuse you loudly the door shut I got dressed out the hallway I went and no one was there. Phone in my room I find does not work. I just left the lobby and spoke to the manager I was told she would investigate. This is seriously the only problem we have had but its a stupid huge problem not sure about coming back if employees can just open your door and be a peeping Tom. Ill update later if anything else is to happen up far they haven't done anything besides fix the phone to make up for the problem.

Update: 6-7-2017 just checked out talked to the other daytime manager asked about the problem she had no idea what went on. So no communication with other managers wife super upset. Thanks Radisson. Don't stay here. Ran by idiots and peeping tom employees violating your privacy.

Last month we stayed there front people were awesome let us check in early. So this month when using the last of our Disney passes we decide to stay there on Friday, June 2. Had room reserved under my name got there before my wife and my son did so I decide take my grandson to dinner . Left the key at the front desk for my wife with her name my wife gets there the girl left the key with was not there other desk person rather than call me just told her she could not give her the key so I had to leave dinner early with my grandson and come back to the hotel to get the key for my wife. I understand they can't just give her a key without my permission but I had given it to them another girl could have called me so needless to say as a Florida resident I will find a different option next visit. I did inform the manager this negative review was coming

Nice place. When we first walked in, it was extremely hit in the lobby. The doors were held open. It was very uncomfortable. The staff was excellent though and eager to apologize and offer drinks. Beautiful and clean hotel. 2 restaurants available. Large conference rooms. I would definitely visit this hotel again for business out pleasure. Plenty of help with local venues and discounts. If the lobby was cooler they would definitely be a 5 star location.

This place was super clean. Everyone was nice i stayed there two nights with my family in a double queen bed room althought beds were more full size then queen size. They had a coffee machine that my husband loved. The next day we went out and we came back and the beds were done and everything was clean again and more coffee was placed in the room. Only thing that to get a discount on the attraction tickets you have to go to a sales breakfast will be coming back again
