  This is the best auto repair shop I have been to here in the desert. This is where the locals go for auto repairs and it is clear as you are in the waiting room that just about every customer is a long term repeat customer. I have never felt cheated or being taken advantage of.

  We just spent $$$$ on a checkup and the check engine light went on. After only driving 116 miles we were seriously concerned. It shook our faith in the previous mechanics. We checked around and heard good things about Palms to Pines. Sadly, they found transmission oil in our coolant! . Ken the owner was hopeful that the known mexhanic who had done the check up would honor his work and take care of the problem. NOT SO! He denied any responsibility! Ken and his staff corrected the problem and honestly went out of their way to make sure everything was 100%. Thanks Palms to Pine for everything.

  Seriously, this place is amazing!
  Ken is so unbelievably educated about vehicles. He can spot anything that needs fixing right away.
  I always come here for my oil change, and they do a full inspection of your vehicle. He's told me that I needed a few things replaced, and they've been able to get it done the same day.
  The girls who work in the office are always so upbeat and kind! Everyone here is so trusting. They've worked with me on pricing, and always work their magic to get you the best prices!
  I just love this place so much :)

  What a wonderful place !!!! We were on vacation and my car broke down We went to 2different shops that couldn't get us fixed up and back on the road in the 4 days we were staying . So the tow truck driver took us here !!! How lucky we were !! The whole staff was friendly and made us feel at home ( kinda scary being outa town ) they had Victoria ( such a wonderful lady ) drive us back to our hotel and 2 days later picked us up and got us on our way !!! Ken the owner was just incredible !! I wish we lived closer as this would be my repair shop for life !!! Thank you to all of you for taking care of us !!

  These guys are a fixture in Palm Desert for decades. Worked on my car's AC. The people are great and the price seemed appropriate.
