Mr. Armando in the service and his manager were very helpful this morning 12:15 17 and I have recalls on my car that I didn't know and I really appreciate the dealership keep up the good work

Went in yesterday 11/16/17 and was helped by Ron T. he was AMAZING!!! He helped us get into a 2015 VW Passat TSI. This is now my second car I have financed and I didn't think it was possible. He made the impossible possible. He was amazing. They were so welcoming even with my 3 kids running around. The staff was amazing with me and my family. I have recommended my mom and sister plus family and friends to come to him to buy a car. Words cannot describe the excitement we had yesterday driving home with our second car. We have had 1 car with for more than 7 years and now we have 2 cars and today was the best days of our lives. All because of Ron T!! Thank You Volkswagen in Indio!

Best people and best service. Nice waiting room. Wait time is between 1 hr to 2 hrs. Usually I leave my car and have them drop me at my place.

Best service there !! Started my car search in April and yes I'm a few months late but once I stepped on that lot I was welcomed right away and they helped me pick the perfect car for me. I'm so bad with names but thanks so much guys !!

Exceptional service! Thanks to Rickey, Mike, Ron, and Luis for their assistance I got the greatest deal for my budget with the car that offered my wants and needs. This is definetly the location you WANT to go to if you're looking for a friendly and an informative experience.

All the workers were absolutely awesome! Summer the front desk worker, was so nice from the start. Also George was an awesome help! Thank you to everyone and the guys that fixed my car! It runs much better 🙂

My daughter's 2015 beetle went in today for service number one. I had made an appointment with Adrian on the phone a few days earlier and upon our arrival he was ready and waiting. He immediately went to work processing all the paperwork, gathering all the necessary information from the car (VIN#/Mileage) and did it all with speed and precision. We left the dealership as to afford the technicians plenty of time to perform the service requested. Before the work actually started on the vehicle, I was contacted via telephone by Adrian to discuss a few particulars regarding the warranty etc. he was thorough and patient on the phone as he explained everything. When the vehicle was completed in the afternoon, Adrian called and said the vehicle was ready for pickup and even offered to help accommodate a later pickup time (8:00PM) if needed. Working with Adrian was an absolute pleasure! At all times he was friendly, kind and professional and appeared to love his job, the Volkswagen brand and the dealership he represents - how refreshing is that!!! I knew our car was in good hands with him, as he kept me in the loop all day as to the status and completion time frame of the vehicle. This guy truly knows how to treat a customer and make their business feel appreciated - way to go buddy!
