I went there to checkout some cars and the sales man showed me 2017 Nissan 370Z at $27899 but somehow they ended up charging me almost 50k for it. Here is how it went down, they valued my trade-in at $6,000 plus they wanted $5,000 as down payment so that’s 11k so far. For monthly payments, they wanted $519 for 72 months so that’s total of 37,368 plus my trade in and down payment for grand total of 48,368. THEY CHARGED ME 20K which is extra 70% the value of the car and for what? This is straight highway Robbery and absolutely disgusting how they can do this to people. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

Fernando and Richelle and Juan made purchasing my new truck as easy and satisfying as it could have possibly been. I got a great deal and never felt any pressure. I talked to several dealerships about several vehicles and this was the best deal and best customer service hands down. Can't say enough good things about the transaction and the team. WOuld absolutely recommend Palm Springs Nissan to friends. Fernando was with me the whole way and answered all my questions with knowledge and ease. Nice guy too!

Palm Springs Nissan in Cathedral City CA - best experience buying a car, ever. Got an amazing trade in value and financing that made my new car cheaper to maintain than my old one. What could be better. So happy I went to Palm Springs Nissan. Majed, Ed - what helpful guys. Showed me exactly what I was looking for an anticipated every need. I won't ever go to another car dealership. I got a great price and lease terms with clear and concise paperwork. Super happy. Thank you to the whole team. Of course buying a car takes some time, it was actually fun going through the whole process. I'll be sending my friends your way, thanks for everything.

This is a great dealership location. Staff are warm and friendly and work to make sure all questions are answered. The sales rep who worked with me doted over me like my son would. I felt I could trust him completely. The vehicles are clean and the variety is abundant! I left feeling happy and proud to be the owner of a new Nissan Rogue 2017! Time to drive!

Well I had called and made my appointment the week prior. Then called the day of appointment to let them know my car was getting towed In and the tow service was running late. When I arrived they told me I had no appointment and my service n the recall I called n made appointment about was not in the computer and was told my vehicle was too old (a none needed comment I think)and that it would take all day. Have been here waiting three hours plus and still not done. The guy who attended me said he would take care of it and did offer to give me a ride some place I guess to eat because of my long wait but I declined. Word of advice when u call to make an appointment get the first n last name of the person u talk to and time n date u spoke to them. They made me feel like I was a nocience because I wanted them to complete the recall they are obligated to do and like I was wasting their time. On a side note they are taking my time as well and every auto company should stand behind their vehicles newer or older and appreciate their customers.

Those folks can really make car purchase experience not painful! I promise. They genuinely worked with me to get the best possible deal!!
I got more for my old car than expected. They personally talked to a banker to bump my credit to a better tier. In the end, I got few features at no cost, because they realized that it would be same monthly payment for me. Wow!!response / report this review -

We went in to check out their car selection first the place was overtly powerful with all kinds of smells secondly it was so stuffy, no fresh air pulled the same thing every car dealer does, let me talk to my manager we didn't have the time for the games.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Palm Springs Nissan! This was our 3rd vehicle through them and they definitely didn't disappoint. We worked with Pablo V. before on our last lease and demanded we work with him again because of how well he treated us. He went back and forth with us across the lot to find us the perfect car that satisfied all of our wants and needs, and then got us a great deal! Seriously go to Palm Springs Nissan for your next new car and ask for Pablo V!!!

My husband and I had the greatest experience we've ever had at a car dealership today. Seth greeted us and he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to meet our specific demands for purchasing a vehicle. He even managed to get us a better deal than we were hoping for. We will be coming back in the future to purchase another vehicle at Palm Springs Nissan. All of the staff are helpful and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the experience we had there today and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to them.
