I am very happy with AutoNation for taking excellent care of my Camry after a collision. In particular, Rick was the one who checked my car into the Collision Center and coordinated everything between my insurance company and the body shop. He went above and beyond the call of duty by providing me with regular status updates and making sure my car would be repaired in a timely fashion. Even after I took my car back to the dealership upon noticing that my tail lights were not working after the repairs, he quickly took my car back in and had one of the service guys in the parts department get right on it. The car's electrical problem was diagnosed and resolved and my car was ready for pickup within just one day. They have also done an amazing job with the painting of the parts that needed to be replaced. The paint has been so beautifully blended that you can't even tell the front bumper and the front quarter panel on the right side have been replaced. If I ever get into another collision, I will go nowhere but AutoNation.

Great experience. Very responsive to my emails. Came in with my quote, they had the car ready to test drive, filled out the paperwork and done. Worked to make the process smooth and as quick as possible. Thanks so much for your service. I love my new car.

Going to AutoNation Irvine was the best decision I made. They were very friendly and helpful. The place is super clean. I didn’t know much about the car I wanted and Jonathan was able to explain everything and answer all my questions. Jose and Don were also very friendly and helpful. I love the highlander I got 😁😁

It’s a place you can trust to get your car serviced. I’ve been very happy meeting with Alan there. I never get a hard sell on services, just what they suggest having to be done or if it can wait till next visit. Comfortable seats with headrests in the waiting room, great coffee and large TVs on the walls are a great touch.

I communicated via email with Sales Associate Ken Beardsley, who answered all my questions and got me a super deal on a BMWwith ease! I made my appt, when i arrived Mr Beardsley had the car cleaned and ready for me to test drive, and in a few hours, I left with my new car. Service was kind, friendly, without any pressure! They gave me high blue book for my trade, and even took off a little extra $ on the BMW. (It's a no haggle dealership, so I didn't expect that.) I'll defiantly go back, and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

I was so surprised and extremely happy to have found the car I was looking for at AutoNation Toyota Irvine. My sales person Mo did everything he could to help make the decision seamless. Since the purchase was with a pre-owned car Mo didn't hesitate when I asked if my mechanic could check out the car before going forward with the purchase. After a clean bill of health from our mechanic it was a sale. Thank you AutoNation Irvine. Mo and Trevor were very professional with Customer Service first!

Mantas helped us find the perfect truck for us! He took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He also didn't pressure with any sales pitches. Financing was a great experience as well! We got a lower interest rate than we anticipated and we put no money down! Overall, the process was quick, easy and exciting. We love our '17 tundra.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership and it went better than expected! On my first visit I did not receive the financing options I was hoping for due to it being my first auto loan and that the vehicle I wanted was used and 12 years old. However, they allowed me to reserve the vehicle with a refundable deposit and worked with me to help find a new way to drive away in the exact SUV I wanted.
The sales staff was very welcoming and quick to offer water or coffee or whatever could make the standard inevitable wait one must experience at any dealership as comfortable as possible.
Ali and Erick were the two reps I dealt with most and they both seemed more interested in my interest than trying to benefit their own or just trying to make a sale. I felt that they genuinely wanted me to be driving the vehicle I wanted to drive and that if I wasn't 100% satisfied then neither were they.

A couple of days after I bought my new used Xterra I had an important sensor fail and the motor would not stay running because of it. The dealership service department happened to be closed over the weekend for Labor Day and I almost had to cancel my road trip travel plans.
I contacted my sales rep, and after some troubleshooting, they were able to work with me in getting it repaired elsewhere free of charge over the weekend because I was still within their awesome 5 day/250 mile money back satisfaction with your vehicle guarantee period!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at AutoNation in Irvine and would recommend shopping here for your new or used vehicle in the future.

    Thanks AutoNation!

Buying a car is not exactly my idea of a great time; however, if you want to be treated with cordiality, respect and genuine personal attention then this is a great place to try. There aren't any high pressure tactics. No one is trying to qualify you before they show you a vehicle, no one is asking for your watch as collateral in an attempt to keep you in the dealership or running your credit without asking.
It is just an honest, hard working group, that is trying to do their best to sell you a car that you pleased with. So go in, ask for Abe, Leke or anyone of their other fine staff. They'll show you the cars they have, if they don't have it they will get it.

We purchased our new vehicle with only 18 miles on it and also purchased the extended warranty and maintenance service package. The maintenance service package documentation states it is good for 5 years or 55,000 miles. We are a couple months short of the 5 years and still under 55,000 miles. On our last oil change which should still be taken care of under the service agreement as we are below the 5yr/55,000 mile, they charged us $105.00. According to the service manager "Dan", the 5yr/55,000 maintenance service package is only good for six (6) service visits and oil changes even if you are below the amount of years and mileage stated on the agreement. This seems odd since Toyota recommends you bring the vehicle in every six (6) months or 5,000 miles. By my math, if I bring it in every 5,000 miles, that is at least eleven (11) service visits in order to get to 55,000 miles. The service manager did not want to budge on this so I had to contact the General Manager to get it resolved. Needless to say, will not be purchasing a Toyota or a service plan again.

We own 2 Toyotas and need to purchase another vehicle in the next six months. Given the attitude of the service manager and what it took to get this resolved, our next purchase will not be a Toyota.

A very well laid out dealership. Front line guys are nice and then they take u to the financing guys. Management has authority to cut you a good deal if they want. Markup on some cars is ridiculous but that's a regional issue.

Overall great experience. Chris has been our advisor on multiple occasions and we enjoy working with him. He's always very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure we understand everything before making a decision. I prefer taking my car to the dealership so all records are in one spot.

We drove from Sacramento to Irvine to purchase our Highlander, and it was totally worth it! Brian was awesome from my first phone call to make sure the vehicle was available. When we arrived that evening, he had it detailed and ready to go. All we had to do was the paperwork. The price was several thousand dollars less than anything I saw in Nor Cal, but the service was much better. He even called he next day to make sure we made it home okay. When I called about a missing remote control for the car's DVD player, he had it ordered immediately and sent to our house. He went above and beyond. I would definitely make the trip again to buy from Bryan. Thank you for a painless and even pleasant car buying experience!
