Where should I startCarl, the service manager, is a gem! He assisted me with my old and dilapidated Odyssey on a very busy day. The oddest sound and vibration was coming from my van and I had put off getting it fixed for months. My car seemed to run fine otherwise. I am so glad I decided to pull into Unicars to get it fixed. I bought my car here years and years ago and it has pulled through over 200,000 miles since. I usually take it to just any old service shop or jiffy lube, but since the car is standing on its last leg I decided I'd take it in to see what can be done to revitalize my beloved van. Carl let me down as easily as he possibly could and told me the damage would cost at least a few thousand. It was then that my heart sunk, it must have been noticeable because not a moment later Carl introduced me to their sales manager. After about 30 minutes of chatting and thinking, I was test driving a brand new van. As much as I would like to say it was so hard imagining my life without my '03 odyssey, it wasn't hard at all, in fact it was the most exciting thing in the world just thinking about it. I was not at all ready to buy a new car that day, but somehow I was able to trade in my vehicle and put down much less than what it would have cost me to repair my '03 odyssey. I left the building with a vehicle that had 11 miles on iteleven. I couldn't be happier!

I LOVE my new 2016 Honda Pilot! I was blown away by all the new features and the look of the vehicle. My salesman did an excellent walk through of the vehicle making sure to slow down on all of the new safety features. I think my favorite thing about it was the iPhone "eyes free" integration and the new body of the car. I never thought I would give up my old Honda Passport, but for this I was happy to trade my girl in.

My experience at my local Honda dealer was great. Josh in sales was great. He knew what I was looking for and was quick to answer all questions. This will be my 2nd car purchased through this dealership. The 1st was a used 2012 Honda civic and the recent purchase was for a brand new vehicle 2017 Honda civic. Also, Johnny in the finance department was very easy going and extremely helpful. Thanks to the whole Honda team for your hard work and great service!!!! Till next time!!!

we recently purchased a new Honda accord. we initially weren't going for a new car, we had an Accord already, but as we sat and spoke to Angel, our salesman. After we finally decided to see few cars. I found a car I fell in love with! Our salesman Angel went t above and beyond along with the other team members of the company to get my the car we wanted. Thank you all so much. this is our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from this company. the salesman and team are never pushy and are always willing to help out. I highly recommend Unicars Honda. I was pleasantly surprised when I purchased my vehicle from here. The way I was treated was second to none. I felt respected, that my voice was being heard, and that I wasn't about to be brought on a roller-coaster to get me to buy something I don't want or need. The sales manager, Jazz, went above and beyond my expectations (they were fairly low to be accurate) and made sure I got into the car I wanted without all the bells and whistles. Bravo to a great team and staff at Unicars. I was impressed and will be bringing my business back here.

Scott is an amazing advisor. He is kind and informative and does what he can to help his customers have an easy experience. I always take my car to Honda but this was my first time going to Unicars and I doubt I'll be going anywhere else.

I couldn't be happier with the service received from Unicars Honda in Indio. Absolutely the best Honda I've been to. They restored my faith in mechanics. I'm a girl and I've had some bad experiences and have left service centers wondering if I was getting honest service but not here. They aren't there to cheat you out of your money. I can't thank them enough for the way they treated me. They even showed me what was wrong with my car and walked me through what needed to be done to fix it. Thank you thank you for all you guys do!

I was very happy with the service I received when I got my car fixed here. The shuttle driver, Germany, was able to take me home moments after I checked my car in so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. The waiting room looked nice, but at my age, my couch is the only place I like to lounge at. The shuttle driver picked me up after my car was in the shop for 3 hours and I was on my way. I will definitely come here again for the convenience and good service.

I had a great experience purchasing my Civic from Unicars. I went on about 6 test drives, which I thought was very generous! I had the best time just picking and choosing which car I wanted. Once that decision was made, I was in and out with my new car in under an hour. My sales associate made the process painless and quick. I was shocked at how fun this was for me. I almost forgot I was making my second biggest purchase so far in my life. Thanks for treating me like royalty, I love my new black Civic!

Fastest and most reasonably priced oil change I have ever received! I used a coupon I got in the local paper and paid only $15 for what is usually $40. I always love a good deal, thanks Unicars. It only took 35 minutes too. I am impressed.

Fantastic service! My radiator blew up so the car had to be delivered by a tow truck. Although there wasn't time to do work on the car that evening, the service techs proactively checked for parts and started work early the next day. They always met their timeline, fixed my car earlier than expected, and safely got me and my family back in the road to finish our road trip safely. Thanks for the great work Unicars Honda!

I recently purchased a vehicle from you guys, a 2007 Toyota Camry, I absolutely love it! I was helped by Jason Jordan, I told him exactly what I was looking for and how much I had. He absolutely exceeded my expectations and he showed me the exact car I wanted for the money I had, not a penny more. I went in on Friday and left with my car Saturday morning. Genaro did all of my paperwork and was amazing and answered all of my concerns since I was buying not financing my car. I even got a warranty, which made me happy. You have some excellent men with great customer service and people skills. I would recommend all my friends and family to go to you guys to get a new or used vehicle. Best experience in car buying, hands down.
