Not for A.T. But they had referred me to another business. I believe if you refer someone your held to the company you keep. Ppl here in the desert care how we are treated. Birds of a feather flock together.

I bought my tires here, so I get free repairs or replacement for my tires if they are damaged. My tire pressure light turned on, so I brought in my car to get my tires checked. It took fourty minutes for them to tell me that my tires only needed air. I went home, and the next morning my tire was completely flat. It turns out that my tire had a nail in it, and somehow they missed it. I brought in my car again the following Monday, and after another hour wait time, they finally repaired my tire.

If you want to get tire rotations or any sort of maintainace for your tires here expect long wait times to get attended, and long wait times for the tire service itself.

I bought tires once from American Tire and would go get my tires
filled with air as needed, always so nice and fast. I bought my next
set of tires from my car dealer (should have gone in sooner for tires back to AMERICAN. I needed air for these new tires and I just didn't want to sneak in to get air, so I called them and you know what they said, even though I hadn't bought this set from them? COME ON IN and we'll take care of you.
I will always buy my tires from them from now on!!! I love that good American SPIRIT in Business!!! YEAH AMERICAN TIRE!!!

Horrible Yokohama tires wear down very quickly. Next time I'll buy Michelin and save myself the headache.

Staff very friendly very professional would highly recommend America's Tires but not Yokohama!

Too bad they push it so much probably because Michelin is so expensive but Yokohama definitely not worth the savings.

My whole extended family trusts this company with our tires. Today I saw a tire was going flat on my brand new vehicle (only 2k miles). Brought it to the nissan dealership and was told my told it was unrepairable and I needed to buy a new one for almost $200. Took it here, they fixed it for free in under any hour. Excellent service!

Good service when I needed to replace a blown tire. I got a good price but when I got my car the new tires were not even washed off so they were greasy so dirt just stuck and they looked terrible. So would be nice to just wipe down before you give back to the customer.

I ORDERED 5 TIRES 35×12.50R17 ALL TERRAIN AND 5 RIMS FOR MY JEEP.
WHEN I ORDERED THE TIRES I DID ORDER THE 35X12.50. AND THEY INSTALLED THE 315×70R17 CUZ THEY SAY THEY DONT MAKE THE 35X12.50 FOR MY JEEP.
AND AFTER 2 MONTHS I FOUND OUT THEY DO MAKE THE 35X12.50R17 ALL TERRAIN FOR THE MY JEEP.
I WENT BACK TO TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR GUYS TO ASK HIM IF I CAN GET THE 35" TIRES CUZ I FOUND OUT YOU GUYS MAKE 35 FOR MY JEEP.
HE SAID HE CAN'T DO NATHING ABOUT IT. THAT I HAVE TO BUY NEW TIRES..
AND IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED OF AMERICAS TIRES.
I SPEND LIKE $3,500 PLUS $500 FOR 2 TIRES FOR MY BMW AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AMERICAS TIRES OF INDIO.
YOU GUYS HAVE A BAD COSTUMER SERVICE
I WILL NEVER NEVER BUY TIRES FROM YOU

While I usually love America's Tire, I am very frustrated with the current visit. Very early Saturday morning, I had two tires blow out. First thing after America's Tire opened I made an appointment for 10:30 am today (Tuesday). I informed the service personnel on the phone that I would need to bring one tire/rim in by itself and get the new tire mounted and balanced and go back and put the tire on the car in order to drive back and get the remaining tires changed.

When I arrived for my appointment this morning I informed the service person who was helping me that I would need to leave with the new tire and put it on the vehicle before I would be able to drive back and get the remaining tires changed. He assured me I would still be considered as having an appointment.

The first tire change was completed with no hassles (and a tire rotation on my other vehicle as well). Once I brought the original vehicle back to get the remaining three tires changed, however, I was told I am no longer considered as having an appointment and would be placed at the end of the queue. It will now be an additional 3 hours on top of the hour I have currently been waiting.

If either person I spoke to on the phone or at the desk had informed me that it was not possible, I would have made a second appointment or made plans to be picked up.

While I will continue to give my business to America's Tire, I will not be coming back to this location.

Larry, the manager, went above and beyond.

I was visiting Johnson Valley for the King of the Hammers race and had a flat on my trailer tire. I called the store on Tuesday and had them order the appropriate tire for my trailer. They said it would be at the store at 7am on Thursday.

I made it to the store around noon on Thursday and the tire wasn't there. It showed to have been on the truck, but never made it into the store.

Larry figured out where the King of the Hammers was and offered to have one of his crew deliver the tire to me. His team drove almost 2 hours to deliver a tire to me. The fact that he's willing to do that for a customer from out of state that he knows will never return to his store is amazing.

Hats off to Larry and America's Tire Store!
