Customer service is horrible. There's an expectation for you to pay for the food when it's not edible and too salty. What I experienced recently I will never set foot in this restaurant. There was a demand for me to pay for food that I returned and was accused of making multiple returns of food which was not true. I suggest spending your money elsewhere where you can get better customer service. Staff have little to no training and is running around the restaurant to grab orders.

I arrived at 2:50pm, on Friday(11/17), their open light was on, and their door unlocked. I was yelled at by some rude lady behind the register, that "we are closed! We open at 3! The kitchen is on break! If you want, you can pick out food and come back to pick up at 3:15." I explained that I wanted to eat in, and I don't mind waiting for a few minutes. She responded with "oh, you want to eat in! No, we closed". Bye Felicia Chinese restaurants are very easy to find.

The food is really good however their customer service is the worst. The lady who takes orders via phone and the counter is extremely rude! I refuse to visit this location I will return to the Morrisville location for better service!

I hardly ever leave bad reviews. I get excited trying new places and giving reviews after going. This place has made the bad review list.
Not due to the food.
I never had a chance to get any.
I called and placed my order at 7:16. The woman placed me on hold for 8 minutes before taking my order. I understood she was probably busy with customers in front of her. When she came back to the phone she took my order and I kept having to repeat it and my name because she was talking to someone else. Not cool but I wasn't upset.
I got to the restaurant at 7:41 because she said 15 minutes.
I got there told her my name and what I ordered. She said oh it's not ready yet let me go check in the back. She went in the back and came back and another customer came in and she asked assisted them. Then she came to me and asked what did I order again. So I told her. She goes back behind the register and calls someone on her cell and talks for five minutes. Another customer gets there and gets there food.
So I'm sitting there thinking well damn I told her my order 3 times already it should be ready soon. But no another customer comes in whose food isn't ready and she looks at my face and when she tells the woman working she was picking up the woman said it's not ready have a seat. So her already seeing my face asks well how much longer do you think? She says "ummm maybe about 10 minutes.
I get up and walk toward the door to call my fiance. And the woman begins yelling "umm ma'am ma'am what did you order. This time she has a pen and paper as if she's about to write it down this time.
I told her to forget it because I've waiting for nearly 50 minutes after placing the order an hour prior.
Never again will I waste my time trying this place.

Amazing food! We ordered shrimp fried rice, chicken lo mein, fried dumplings, cheese wontons, and general tso. Everything was perfect. The general tso is insanely delicious!

Called at 2:30PM and someone just said "we're closed" and hung up. Seems they have no regard for business hours and simply take orders when they feel like it. Even if the food is good, I won't be calling back.

Best Chinese food in the world. Joanna and the waiters are so kind and offer nothing but the best for their customers. I highly recommend the sesame chicken and the general tso's chicken. You will not be disappointed in their service nor the food! Been here a long time, and I don't plan on going anywhere else!

Best Chinese food in a long time! A co worker and I ate here for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious and fresh! The server was very courteous and professional. I really enjoyed this experience.

Probably my favorite Chinese restaurant in Duham. The Singapore Mei Fun (Rice Noodles) is heavenly. Clean restaurant with fast service, whether dining in or carrying out. Extensive menu and affordable prices. A staple for me and my family!
