Had a great experience here. I had a suite, I forget the floor or room number but it was quite nice. Coffee and espresso machine in the room. Great food down stairs and a fully stocked bar. Convenient underground parking and easy walking to local restaurant and theater. Highly recommend!

Very appealing entry and main auditorium with a friendly staff. Everything was clean and functioned properly. Good to see a hotel of this age with proper upkeep.

This hotel is nice and clean with lots of friendly staff. It's not the most modern hotel but it has everything you need and more. The lobby area with an inside area that feels like outdoors is a great place to hang out or get food or drinks. The little shack is perfect for togo coffee or a quick breakfast with breakfast tacos. As a reward member coffee was delivered to my door every morning inclusive of the room. The gym is hotel-sized but nice. The rooftop pool is also nice for a relaxing swim. It's in a convenient location to walk to everything downtown and a very close 15-20 minutes from the airport.

Excellent work ethic, very helpful, friendly, caring, smiling, peaceful and just such a pleasure, and I will recommend that everyone I know stay at the Omni. I had the most exciting time. The staff was absolutely professional and nothing but willing to assist in every way possible. The bar staff was quick and prompt to even bring just a soda. Thanks guys!
I give 5 stars and very high recommendations to the Omni hotel for the outstanding professionalism of Miss Christi, mostly. Every staff member was exceptionally AWESOME that I met. Thank you Omni for hiring such a friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful facility. Only 3 stars because the room was pricey(I'm ok with that) self park was 32$ for the day and $40 of you valet. It would have been cheaper across the street at the hotel I didn't give all of my cash to to spend the night and wifi was 9.95/day.. really. It's cheaper on my phone. Again.. my room was pricey. Great great great location.

The Omni has an interesting design which is unique to anywhere I've been. I was there for hack tx and the service is very good. There is not a bus station nearby however.

Great room. My one complaint is that the mini fridge wouldn't open so we couldn't put any of our leftovers in there to keep. Otherwise perfect stay!

I visited the Omni building for a meeting in one of the offices on site. Parking in the hotel's underground garage was easy, efficient, and reasonable for the amount of time I spent within the building. The garage elevators take you through the hotel's bar and restaurant area which was clean, organized, and seemingly well staffed. The mezzanine restrooms were clean and well stocked. My overall experience with The Omni was excellent and I wish that time had sufficed to spend time in the restaurant area. I will certainly return in the future to do so.

Very good time here! Well worth it. We were on a long road trip and found this hotel through Priceline. Having never stayed at Omni and based on other reviews, we went. We got a free upgrade to a executive suite with 2 rooms, 2 TVs and huge bath. Great food for breakfast through room service. Nice pool. Friendly staff. They even came up to bring our kids milk and cookies after check in. Truly a luxury hotel with good service!

I was scheduled for an interview as manager 4 months ago and from the start it was odd. The young lady at the front, when I said i was here for the interview, looked overwhelming surprised. Is it a shock that I want to work? After checking in and completing the app they sent me to an older guy who was very polite. He went over the need of what they were looking for. It seemed like he was genuinely trying to find a place for me. Afterwhich I was told to wait for the second interview. I walked outside where all the hiring personnel was and miraculously nobody was available because the one person who could interview me was " busy"???? Just a second later I heard them tell a young white lady, who was a small distance away, hang around and we'll get you an interview. Really??? I left. Its hard to believe you can be highly qualified in " diverse Austin" and go through this. Disappointed 😔

The Omni hotel is beautiful, featuring tall, floor to ceiling windows. At night, there are spectacular views of the Austin sunset. The hotel shares space in the Austin Center with the capital factory, a tech incubator, which means that the building is bustling with young people and a vibrant energy. The Omni is also located near a lot of wonderful restaurants and 6th Street which makes it a good choice for seeing the city on foot

Comfortable rooms, excellent staff! The rooms have great blackout curtains that do a good job of darkening the room. The bed was comfortable, I could hear very little noise from the hallway and none from the room above me. The shower had good water pressure and the bathroom was spacious.
