Hotel is under renovation but we had a decent stay. Breakfast was good, can't wait to see the end result. Our room was just okay, I think our original room went to the hooker that checked in right before we did.
Hotel is conveniently located on I-35 access road. Room was newly renovated. Good breakfast selection.
Rooms are recently updated and very nice. Great WiFi and number of plugs. Beds are super comfortable too.
Hotel is in remodeling stages. Had to wait for room because no rooms were ready. One of the receptionist did not say hello or welcome, what is your name? Then she was trying to get some elses attention but they were across the lobby talking. She didn't approach them. As we passed them I told them the lady was trying to get their attention. Anyway smelled clean and looks nice.
Nice room. Terrible WiFi connection. Awful Breakfast. Parking is difficult.construction on the road outside is not their fault
Good breakfast. I like egg white omelet. Tasty and low cholesterol.
Great hotel, they had amazing room service, nice and clean rooms and their breakfast was great!!!
Decent place to stay. Nice free breakfast, although it becomes boring to eat same options everyday. It would be good to see variations in the food served.
Great service and friendly staffs. We got a very warm welcome from the receptionist. The room is nice, big, and clean. We talked with GM who is very friendly while checking out.
Going through construction right now. Room number kept falling off off the wall as it was stuck on with duct tape. Room description online said one king and on full size bed (thought that was strange but was curious to see) turns out the full size bed was actually a pull out sofa bed. Please fix that.
The room was clean and spacious. The service we grate. Very nice people! I enjoyed the the soft bed as well as the grate breakfast. I needed another room key and they had no problem at all to help me.
Our company put an elderly guest at the hotel. Upon arrival, desk clerk stated they were oversold and she will not be given a room and she needs to leave. Not only is this lady displaced from her home but to have to deal with rude, incompetent staff. I called the supposedly manager and asked why he did not walk my guest to another. He rudely stated he does not have to anything of that sort. I will certainly make sure this is marked on our vendor as a DO NOT USE.
Apparently they are in the middle of doing a remodeling job here. Tiny bathroom with a door that doesn't close properly and too much decaf coffee in the room instead of the good stuff. Plenty of bedside outlets for phones, computers, etc, which I personally love. All in all, meets the standard of Holiday Inn Express.
Rarely do I participate in any online reviews, but I felt my experience would benefit others who are considering staying here in the future. The only negative comment I have is regarding an INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS in a newly renovated room. I stayed at this location for two nights. After the first night, I regretted pre-paying for a second. When you wake up and look forward to leaving and going home to get a good night's sleep, there is a problem.
I brought this to the attention of management who said my comment would be shared with the rest of the management team, and while I am certain it will be shared, in what way does that make up for two night's of miserable sleep? One can expect management to say "Thank you for your comment, please try us again in the future.", but logically, that makes no sense. If your mattress was remarkably uncomfortable the first and second night, why would anyone sign up for a third?
A better resolution to this would have been "We value you as a customer, would like to earn your business in the future, let us refund the amount to your credit card." That would have resolved the issue, contained the negative experience, and individuals would not be reading this post now wondering why management did not handle the issue in such a calm and logical manner.
