They claimed they were going to cut me a deal for stringing my bow when it took them 2 1/2 months when they said it would take a little more than a week. It turns out they had the string on schedule however due to their irresponsiblity they sent it back to the company in Indiana. They claimed it was their mistake and they would cut me a deal. Turns out they didn't cut me any deal and threatened me to either pay the price or they would keep my bow. Terrible service!! Go to Fairfield Outdoors on Columbus street in Lancaster

Bought a year Range pass and use it all the time. The Range is always clean and neat. The people are always very nice and friendly.

Great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have an indoor gun range and next door they have an archery specialty shop with an indoor archery range. Prices are very competitive.

Good selection on ammo just need a better selection in bigger calibers .338 and up. Prices are fair and easier than buying online. Also has great selection on traps. 10/10 would recommend.

Very little selection. Not much more to choose from than a supermarket. Service at the ammunition/gun counter was awful. Watched 3 men behind the counter cuss and gossip among themselves for a few minutes before I was asked of I needed anything. No thank you from them either. Barely any targets. Go somewhere else unless you are in separate need for some cheap ammo at a premium price. The lady at the checkout was nice. They could have a good business if they knew how to run one.

Ohio valley is a true pro shop for a true archer. A great selection of traditional and compound archery. Dosnt suck like bass pro shop or field and streams or big name store they only sell the best and the guys are great and very helpful.

Very friendly staff and clean ranges. I enjoy shooting there as much as possible. The only small issue I have is that it can become very hot and muggy in the shooting area, and quite uncomfortable. I've had to step out for air, a few times.

Good range for pistol, not so much for rifle. Their selection is also hit and miss. They will go from having a wide selection of somethings to looking like they're going out of business.

Less than impressed. All the knowledgeable staff has either left or been fired. Shelves getting more bare and no new product. Seems on the brink of closing.

good people, very helpful, when we were first time range shooters, made us feel very comfortable and gave us instructions when we needed. We felt like we could stay there all day and they wouldn't mind. Great atmosphere.

I walked into the store yesterday with intentions of just picking up my rifle and leaving. However when I arrived i was greeted and walked up to the gun counter. I was again greeted by Evan who helped me through the entire process. Seeing as how I've never owned a gun before and this was my first purchase this was VERY helpful. After I filled out the required paperwork, Evan again helped me pick out the right type of ammunition. He then again helped me to make sure everything was tightened, and boresighted my rifle. The customer service was beyond amazing and I couldn't thank everyone there enough!

Great Range, Great assortment of ammo, Quality guns, They will order anything you want, Cheap option for having guns sent in to them if you order online. got a few nice suppressors from them and the staff are very knowledgeable. They offer very fair prices if your looking to sell as well.
