  Bought a pair of size 6.5 boots. They sent me a 7.5 and when I called they said they did not have them in my size! So why would they send the others?? I sent them back and said they could just give me credit, that they received on November 27, 2017. I called today and they tell me it will be another week before I can get credit!!! That's almost a month! Terrible customer service and I will be asking for my money back!

  Good place to get tack. They sell all kinds of clothing and boots. Not a great place for the working cowboy tack.

  Loved this store! This store has something for everyone. When you first walk in they have lovely displays for their home goods. The selection is large and I thought it was reasonably priced. My biggest rave is the large selection of plus sized clothing. A rarity among most western stores. Easy to find, ample parking, and wonderful customer service. They do offer an online catalog and a real paper catalog. The bedding options in store and online are superb. Go check them out. You won't leave without having found something to take home! And ladies, let us not forget the large selection of pocketbooks and bags!

  Drive 4 hours to shop here. Bought 7 pair of jeans last week. Customer service was great. Employees took time to help me and didnt make me feel rushed. They give me true opion on how things fit. They dont try to make a sale by saying everything looks good. I am a retail manager and this is how a customer should be treated.

  The staff were very friendly and answered my questions and were quite helpful. All the items I saw on the online catalog were present in the store. The checkout was pleasant , the shopping experience was well above average , very rare nowadays . Thanks
