AVOID THEM. They are either dishonest or don't know what they are doing.

The folks at this jeweler sold our daughter a wedding ring which was far below the quality of what she was told she was getting, They provided an inaccurate appraisal which dramatically overstated the value. When we had a quality and reputable dealer look at the ring we found that the actual value was about 1/10 of what it would have been if it had matched the features cited on the paperwork.
