If you need a new dentist O’Malley Dental is the way to go. Emily is an amazing hygienist and makes me feel very comfortable during my cleanings. Dr. O’Malley and his assistant Lynn make the procedures easy and our conversations are fun, light, and make you feel like you are just spending time with friends instead of having dental work done. It definitely eases my mind while I’m in the chair. O’Malley Dental is definitely worth the 40 minute drive I make for my appointments, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our family loves O’Malley Dental! We’ve been going here the past several years and Dr. O’Malley and staff are always so welcoming and always address you by name! I look forward to my visits since they make the environment so comfortable and the office is always spotless and clean. They also have a wonderful appointment reminder system that keeps me on track. I never liked going to the dentist; however, since 2018 my first appointment, Dr. O'Malley has always been very personable. He takes time to answers all my questions. My hygienist, Emily is always welcoming, warm, and professional. Starting with the beautiful smiles at the front desk to the end of my appointment has always been pleasant. In a market where I quite literally drive past multiple other dental care options on my way to an appointment, what I appreciate with O'Malley Dental and see as its differentiating factor is their focus on details. The practice exceeds expectations of detailed dental care from their technology, office space, massaging chairs, quality of staff, and more. The first appointment is entirely focused on assessing your overall health and smile via a detailed set of x-rays, imaging and medical background. From here, Dr. O'Malley provides a comprehensive assessment focused on health issues related to your teeth/mouth/gums/bone structure that goes beyond the typical cavities and gingivitis assessment. His explanation behind recommendations and visuals is complete, educational and logical. It is impossible, in my opinion, to leave the office wondering if you agree with the recommendation(s) received and whether you'll move forward to the next step(s). As I have completed a follow up appointment for decay, I saw this attention to detail carried through to my dental work and a no-rush attitude to quality. Dr. O'Malley has made great hiring decisions with dental hygienists, all of whom bring a high level of skill to the table and also a caring personality. Bre has a particularly calming effect. Lastly, I really appreciate their approach to scheduling, insurance and billing. Chelsea O'Malley is superior at her job and works hard to create a plan that is easy to understand, optimal financially and does so with a great deal of compassion and cheer.

O'Malley Dental has by far been the best dentist I have ever been to. (And I have been to a lot.) They treat me great and I truly enjoy visiting their office. Dr. O'Malley uses some techniques that no other dentist has used that has made my visits much more pleasant and enjoyable. Their dental hygienist's are very professional, nice, and caring. O'Malley Dental is a great office and that's the real TROOTH!

Can't say I enjoy going to the Dentist but this office makes it almost enjoyable! The staff is very nice and professional. I have been seen twice and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. My daughter had told me about the office in Simpsonville when I was looking for a new dentist when mine retired. I was nervous about trying someone new. I am very happy to have found a Dentist that I trust and feel comfortable with.

My experience here was for a sleep apnea appliance. Dr. O'Malley is a pleasant person and one or two of his staff were great. The office is clean and very nice. A problem I had was where I needed records sent to my ENT and it didn't happen. After asking several times I eventually had to go pick them up myself. Since I live in Greer this is not a short trip for me and was totally unnecessary. I realize they are busy and I'm not the only patient they have but that was ridiculous. I also had a difficult time establishing a dialogue. Messages and emails were not returned or returned days later. I didn't bug them to death. I try to be more involved in my heath care, as the experts say we should. I ask questions and I research treatments. My apnea is severe. Dr. O'Malley insisted the appliance was treating it. The medical doctors said it was not. My bite has been changed dramatically, my teeth have shifted. I am not a candidate for conventional surgery and CPAP did not work for me. This was, sort of, a last resort. But I wish I had never done it.

It's always hard to find a new dentist you trust when you move, but we nailed it on the first try with Dr. O'Malley and his staff. They were super welcoming and friendly, and got me an appointment very quickly. Past dentists would try to up-sell us on products/services we didn't need, and that wasn't the case here! I also loved how they took me through my x-rays and explained what we were looking at. It gave me an understanding of my particular x-rays and what I need to do to best take care of my teeth/unique concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend O'Malley!

This is the third dental practice I've been to here in Greenville (due to changing insurance) but I will definitely be sticking with it. The people here are great, especially Dr. O'Malley. My wife and I have been coming here for about three years now and we've had nothing but a good experience. In particular, I had needed dental implants for years now due to the fact I was missing three permanent teeth (just never had them). I've put it off for all these years because I did not look forward to the cost and lengthy experience I anticipated the implants would be. I finally resolved to get them and ended up having Dr. O'Malley and his staff place the implants and could not be happier. The process was not too bad, they were helpful every step of the way, and most importantly my teeth turned out looking great. I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend this practice.
