The Team at Sergio’s was extremely professional, courteous and eager to help me with my engagement ring selection. Was immediately welcomed in the store with multiple employees trying to help me. They educated me on all aspects of the purchase and what I was looking for until we found it. They were extremely patient with me and allowed me to see many ring styles and stones. Amazing selection, great prices and the best customer service I have seen in a jewelery store. I will never go anywhere else after this experience, customer for life.

Went to Sergio's the first time on a recommendation from a friend. Great customer service, great selection fine jewelry to choose from. Was given several options to choose from. Tim was very knowledgeable and patient. This the second time I have been there for my wife. I highly recommend Sergio's and his staff !!

No words can convey the sense of gratitude I personally have toward Sergio's Jewelers. On many occasions, either for a watch battery or for an extra link on a bracelet to be removed, Sergio's personnel never took a penny for such a service. Stores like this deserve our attention and support; therefore, please let us remember them as we come close to our holidays celebration by purchasing our gifts or by visiting them.

Sergio has been my jeweler for over 25 years, since he first opened in Catonsville. His location in Ellicott City is convenient and beautiful! His staff is knowledgable, sincere and will do their best to make the customer happy. Always a great experience! I highly recommend!
