Every time I walk into a Loyal Companion, I am greeted with the most friendly staff. Everyone is always so pleasant, kind and willing to help! I wanted to give a special Shout Out to Jennifer at the McHenry Row location! I would have her work for me in a heartbeat. On top of all of the items I mentioned earlier, she is also always so cheerful, enthusiastic, and eager to help. It would be impossible for her not to put a smile on your face and she does so in the most genuine way! She goes out of her way to do whatever she can, and make it work so you leave the store a happy customer! Muffin gives 5 Barks! :)

Great place for dog food, treats and assorted necessary items. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. These two love to go.

Just came across this place on accident today and I'm so glad I did. They sell some of the best pet products, toys, clothes, etc I've ever seen at unbelievably great prices. The people are super welcoming and friendly and they have a much better loyalty program than the big chain pet stores. This is my new go to and it should be yours too!

Dropped my dog Bogey off today to get groomed! They did such an amazing job. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love their wide variety of treats and toys. Bogey was one happy pup when I picked him up.

We visit this store for grooming. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

We've always had good experiences with Kelly the groomer! It took me a long time to find a groomer that we liked in Baltimore city and I'm so happy we finally did!

Just as good as the one in Canton, although parking isn't as easy here. I think they are smaller, but have only gone in a couple times. Clean with friendly staff.
