The area rug looks great in my living room. The two gentlemen placing the rug did an excellent job. I will think of Floors ETC in the future for any carpet needs.

I had a stair carpet runner installed in January 2021. Dealt with Matt Horwitz in the showroom. He was awesome to deal with. Super helpful in selecting the right carpet from their thousands of samples. He was great at keeping me focused on materials that would work for my style, budget, and application. The install guys were equally fabulous. Prompt, polite, neat, and extremely detail-oriented. I had used Floors, Etc. in 1994 for ALL of the flooring in a house I built. They are STILL the best in town.

Docking to unload was different. . quick unload though!!!! Backed in unloaded within 15 minutes!!! Just pay attention to the stabilizer cables !!!

I have dealt with Floors , Etc. for 40 plus years . Stanley was terrific to work with , as was Rachel . She ordered a sample to illustrate the style and quality of an area rug . It fits wonderfully .

Each & every person I've dealt with from start to finish was extremely professional and very talented. Their showroom is definitely state of the art! I seriously doubt you could ever go there & not find what you're looking for, the products they show & offer is much like out of a designers magazine, no doubt! I could spend days there and be in decorators heaven, its just fabulous! Trust me, you won't be disappointed & their well earned reputation is fabulous!

The whole experience, from my first visit to the very equisite showroom, to selecting the right carpet for my home, to the actual installation of my carpets was seamless and such a pleasure.
I will be shopping for hardwood soon! Can't wait to go back!

I highly recommend Floors-Etc to anyone who wants the perfect outcome. Floors Etc has the best designers and installers in Baltimore area. Everyone knowledgeable, polite and very professional. Their detailed work and experience surpassed my expectation. I am in love with my floors and I owe it all to them! Thank you Floors-Etc for your EXCELLENT work!

Did a mediocre job of laying hardwood floors throughout the whole condo. Better at laying ceramic on the floors. Redid my bathroom shower floor, broke the ceramic soap dish on the wall and later said they would not repair or replace it since they did not know who to bill it to. Needless to say, I was unhappy with them and their salesperson.
