Northlake has plenty of parking but the frequent patrons of this mall will ruin an experience going there. It is more of a social gathering than a shopping center and that has reflected on what stores are still open. Many seasonal stores and big name corporate backed companies otherwise it is quite easy to see why it's better to avoid it if necessary.

A little run down but still a good mall. A lot of key stores are no longer there. But there is still a Michael kors store and a few other good stores. Very quiet not usually super busy

I've been to plenty of malls and Northlake Mall is one of the better malls I have been to. I will definitely be returning to this mall soon. It has some of everything. The food selections are quite nice too. I would recommend this mall to everyone.

Northlake Mall is a nice place. Alot of great shops. We like to go to Torrid for the sales, Super cute clothes. There is a good food court too. Even if you just window shop, it's nice to walk around and people watch, get out of the heat or cold and spend some time with friends.

Quick and easy access from I-77. Lots of stores for a wide mix of customers. From family, teenagers, trendy 20's and every other age range. Multiple quality restaurants in the mall and surrounding it.

Beautiful mall with prompt & curteous service. Stores are clean with lots of inventory. The people there bring true southern hospitality to you. I bought a shirt and a really nice sales associate at Dicks Sporting Goods helped me find the right size and price for what I was looking for. She went even further by telling me about some of the city landmarks to visit. It was a very nice experience to my family vacation.

This was a very nice mall. It has had security concerns recently. There have also been some restaurant and store closures. If you need to make a quick stop for a couple items it is fine. There is a good selection of restaurants in the out parcel shopping.

Nice mall with lots of different stores. I really love belks. They have a charity sales event probably twice a year. The tickets are $5 to get in. They have amazing deals during this event. I usually only buy my clothes during this event

Northlake Mall is okay. It gets the job done when you want to get your shopping fix, but with the shooting they had around Christmas, you sort of feel uneasy at times visiting. They have police and security that cycle through, especially in the food court. The food selection is decent and priced fairly well, which is more of the reason why we visit. Rarely is it full of people, except around obvious times (Christmas), so it's easy to be able to shop without bumping elbows.

Beautiful mall! Lots of shops and good variety. Pretty upscale with designer stores. Not usually too crowded except on Saturdays. A nice place to shop or just hang out and lots of great food choices in the food court.

It is only nice during the week days. It gets over crowded during the weekends and has had a shooting incident in one of it's shoes store back in 2014. Other than that the associates at the stores are usually nice and there's quality security. I just recommended not bringing small children or your family to be on the safe side.
