Stopped in for a quick local get-a-way. All of the staff were very accommodating. Especially Mariam in the breakfast area! She is so helpful and takes amazing care of her guests. Jeremiah at the front desk is very helpful and inviting. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The service was perfect, the 24 hour convenient center and free coffee/water/tea in the lobby was so nice, and the room was incredibly clean. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Nice place, good ambience. Has got parking facilities and wheelchair accessible entrance and exit. Was there for a birthday party, the hall is good to hold 200-250 people. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, overall a good place to organize and host events.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It has a really good breakfast menu. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. I recommend it to anyone going to Concord, North, Carolina to see a NASCAR race. Great location - it’s only about two minutes from the speedway! Use Lyft - super convenient!

The rooms were very nice, and so was the hotel staff. Everything was very clean, which I appreciated! The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have a free breakfast buffet in the morning, but the lobby was so nice and the wifi was free, so it didn't bother me that much. There are a lot of restaurants down the street to eat at. They also have a restaurant and a bar in the lobby, if you're interested in that.

I was there for a convention. This is a great space for a small convention/meeting. The space is clean and convenient but, most of all, the staff is very friendly and personable. The lobby was very cozy and had a lot of different types of seating. I did not use a sleeping room but I would not hesitate to book a room.

Very clean, excellently appointed rooms. Two huge TVs in my suite. Comfortable bed. No free breakfast. Even if you make your own waffle or cold cereal, it's about 7 bucks.

Great location next to the highway, the Mills, food, and lots of attractions. The rooms appear to have great soundproofing and the windows had double pane glass which meant that I did not hear any outside noise despite me being a very light sleeper. Everything at the property appeared newer and well kept and the staff was courteous and professional. Overall for the price we paid it was an excellent day.

This is a really well kept and managed Hilton Garden. Clean and up-to-date. Friendly staff. Great location near shopping and the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Highly recommended hotel.

One of the best hotel staff that I have seen in a long time! We had a block of rooms reserved for my daughters wedding and everyone made sure that we and our guests had everything that we needed. It is a rarity to find a hotel staff with such excellence in customer care.

Nice clean rooms! Staff very professional, only complaint was the hot tub was not working properly, but did have some guy come in asap to work on it! Very awesome and friendly staff.
