The hotel was very clean and makes extended stays easier with the mini kitchen! The staff was very kind and helpful as well.

The room was nice, with a good layout. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. My only concern was that my door didn't completely close on it's own.

Had a great stay! Spent the night on our way to Disney. It appeared that our room was upgraded to a suite which was amazing! Great service and a great breakfast! We will be staying there on our way home.

Located just off of I-77, this has been one of my favorite stays. The room was big, comfortable, clean, and the staff was very attentive to needs. The breakfast provided was amazing, I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

Pretty much your standard experience. The room was homey and the bed just incredibly comfy. Staff was very friendly in my limited interactions. I will say though for some reason the AC was off upon arrival and the room was stuffy - had to immediately pump that up!

Hotel is perfectly centrally located around all the events for the wedding weekend. Amazing breakfast. Great, clean room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to all the wedding guests.

Hotel met expectations, but staff far exceeded them. We were in town for a memorial service for a family member and the guest hospitality manager was extremely generous to our family. They offered room upgrades to help larger families stay more comfortably and even gave us the boardroom suite one night earlier than we reserved since it was unoccupied and provided a good gathering space for the group. Truly the definition of southern hospitality shown to us northerners.

Dear Michelle,
I found it very rude that you had to call me back while attempting to book a room at the hotel for my very close friend Matt Spysinski's wedding next weekend. You expressed to me that the reason for this being because you had been approached by guests at the hotel in person, and felt that they were more impoartant that I - despite having contacted you before accommodating them was an abstract thought. I found it even more rude that this occurred three times over. I also find it very hard to believe that there are no managers at the hotel this weekend, especially since you indicated to me that a wedding is taking place. After all, I expressed to you that it is hospitality 101 to finish up with the customer you have one the phone before addressing anyone that subsequently approaches you for help. Maybe my standards are a little too unrealistic for the likes of you because of the quality of hotels I have worked for in Charleston. For these reasons - I am staying elsewhere for next weekend's wedding in Davidson.
Kicker is - you never did call me back. Maybe you forgot, who knows. But it became my responsibility to reach out to you each of those three times.

Being sent to Davidson for work training, I had no say in the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised throughout my stay. Accommodations were fantastic, staff was very helpful and courteous, and meal services provided were above and beyond expectations. Thank you for a great stay! I will be back in the future, and look forward to it!

Great staff, especially front desk, morning/evening food service and bar staff. Room was nice with great view. Only complaint is room service hardly cleaned at all. Would still really recommend here and would stay there again.
