We stay at this Hyatt each time we come to Charlotte to visit family. It is close, very clean and comfortable space with the king suites. This trip we really did not use the amenities as we were mostly with family. When we checked out on Christ6 morning we had a dead battery. The shuttle operator was right there to jump us and we made it to family breakfast on time. THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY.

Awesome stay! We felt cozy from the moment we were greeted at check-in. The best breakfast that I've ever had at a hotel. An omlet bar is not something we were expecting but very happy to see that it was an option, a delicious option at that! Wonderful experience, will definitely be back again.

Room was nice, neat, and clean-and the check-in process was extremely easy. The young man at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, and I greatly appreciate his recommendation for a late night bite to eat. Staff here were fantastic, and the breakfast is definitely something you want to get to.

AWESOME! Fast check in, they actually filled all my requests I made via email! The bar/food I didnt try but looked nice. Staff was friendly LOTS OF SPACE! Would definitely come back!

The room was clean and spacious. The outside pool was huge but the hot tub was out if order. I was highly impressed with the free breakfast and free omelette bar. They kept things very clean and replenished during breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Me and my family happened to be here when we were trying to escape the Irma hurricane. In this hotel we found all the amenities we needed: guest laundry, hot breakfast (they even fry omelette for each guest choice) with big variety of fresh and dried fruit, spacious room and nice and hospitable stuff. I would also recommend this hotel for families with kids.

Hotel staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful, timely on requests. The room was clean with the exception of the sheets not having been changed prior. Front desk was accommodating. Shuttle service was awesome! The pool wasn't cleaned the entire 3 days we stayed. Breakfast was fantastic!! Drink specials in the evening! All in all a great stay! We will be back.

Absolutely awful experience: we reserved our suit for 5 nights two weeks in advance, drove there for 10 hours to learn that they sold our room. Let me repeat: THE DESK MANAGER SAID THEY SOLD OUR ROOM (suit with king size bed and pull out sofa for child) and instead they have 1 room with 2 beds available for us. More then that, no apologies, no help to find another place; they just ignored us. We spent next 2 hours calling and driving around to learn that all hotels around has no vacancies.

Easy reservations. Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful facility. Creepy elevator. Staff is friendly and greets you upon entry and exit. All amenities were provided. Would stay again.

Really Awesome I had a great time you wouldn't expect​ how nice it is inside it really was a surprise for me! I love my room had a kitchen living room bathroom & king bedroom. Only 2 Things it could Improve on which are not necessary just to make it perfect. Balcony would be great for each room so I have my own private area to sit & smoke a cigarette without leaving the room. I also believe the hot tub should be open later I didn't get to experience either on my stay but I sure will next time ! Definitely Recommend This Hotel!

Overall the hotel is pretty decent. But when we checked in and opened up the beds, the one bed's sheets had not been changed. The sheets were full of several black hairs. We called and they said they had nobody to change our sheets, so they brought us a fresh set and we had to change our own.
Hotel has nice workout room, outside patio, seasonal outdoor pool, and fireplace to sit by in the lobby. Free breakfast was good. Room had full kitchen and was spacious. Great room for a short stay or long extended stay.
Free shuttle plus a pantry in lobby to purchase small food items and other essentials.
Very convenient just off I-77 in South Charlotte. Just a few minutes from uptown or the airport. Area around hotel is fair with other hotels, small homes and apartment complexes. There is nothing within walking distance and I would never go walking around at night.
Good for a stay, just watch out for what I mentioned above.response / report this review -

We flew in from an island vacation and had an overnight stay before our next flight home. This place was so great! They picked us up at the airport. We rolled into a very friendly staff at a late hour. We ordered a late dinner at the bar for a large group and sat in the dining area to a very good meal. The lobby was bright, spacious and clean, with cozy seating by a fireplace. All very modern. The rooms were large, quiet and comfortable. We had a suite style with a kitchen, fold out couch and two double beds. The beds were the lush, white, fluffy new style and we were all very comfortable. I like when hotels have convenient outlets on the nightstand so I can easily charge my phone. In the morning they had an amazing complimentary breakfast. Eggs, sausage and biscuits, muffins and bagels and fruit, yogurt, all kinds of cereals and even a custom omelet bar where someone prepares made to order omelets, all complimentary. It was perfect for our big family. Then they drove us back to the airport in the morning to catch our next flight. Great experience. Highly recommend.
