Very friendly and helpful staff. However, our room was on the lowest level which smelled horribly in the hallways. Nearly every piece of wallpaper was falling of the walls in our room. Holes in the walls were patched with electrical outlet covers. There was a buzzing electrical noise in our wall that persisted our entire stay. The ceiling was sagging and splitting as well. Linens were very nice and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is close enough to a couple of eateries. Room was clean and cost acceptable. Restaurant has a good enough selection with a good breakfast buffet. The meeting rooms were clean and nice sized as well. The only problems were the carpet and the climate control in the room setting of severe allergies. May be due for a more thorough cleaning. If you are sensitive to things that can hide in carpets and ventilation systems, this could potentially affect you.

I was there with my daughter for National Portfolio Day. It is a beautiful building, interior and exterior. Several events were also scheduled there for the weekend but it was very professional and organized. The staff were very receptive and courteous. The facilities were emaculate and beautifully decorated. It was my first visit and with the exception of the location due to the traffic backup, it was a great first impression.

They were remodeling when we stayed but you would never notice with how well they handled it. They were more than accommodating and kind. Room was clean and the linens fresh and towels changed daily. No complaints at all about this location.

Nice, big, clean room. King size bed was comfy and clean. Service was great on two night stay. Check in and out was simple and quick. Good business hotel but easy drive/ride to downtown restaurants.

Pretty good hotel. Someone was doing construction at 730 but otherwise no problems. Beds were clean and comfy. Bartender was a bit stingy - probably better to just hit chili's across the street :D. The pool is nice and there is a decent enough workout room. Wifi is free, thankfully.

Attended a training class here. Nice environment for this kind of event. Catered food was presented well, fresh, and good flavor. Service staff members were attentive, polite, while not disrupting presentation. Great for business meetings, presentations, very accomodating.

The hotel was really nice for the price. The rooms were very clean. Had family visiting in town and was only there for a while, but service seemed great.

1st room smelled like smoke, changed rooms with no problem. The rooms habe no refrigerator . And the ice machine didn't work. Fitness center is absolutely non existent unless you want just a treadmill. If it wasn't for the company puting us up here I WOULDN'T BE HERE.. POOR AT BEST

Went to the hotel for a networking event. The staff prepared the space beautifully and gave us access to all the necessary AV equipment needed. The food provided was very tasty and the drink service was simple but adequate. Would recommend for our next event.

I recently attended a professional event at this location. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. If we host events in the future we will definitely be utilizing the Hilton.

Location was good and breakfast staff were friendly. Everything else lacked - cleanliness and customer service. BEWARE - they do NOT allow rollaway beds even though I was told twice prior to my arrival that there would be one waiting in my room. Spent all weekend fighting with front desk staff to get rooms switched around to accommodate everyone in my party. The communication between front desk, supervisors, housekeeping, and maintenance was horrible - was told a different story from person to person. Asked for a manager to call me at one point and never received a call. I literally spent half of my weekend dealing with their incompetence.
As a Diamond Hilton's Member, you would assume that I would ask to have my expectations exceeded. All I wanted to have my expectations met.response / report this review
