Second time staying at the holiday in. It is up to date staff is friendly and room are turned over fast. Breakfast is ok typical. Gym is also basic and not stocked a few times I used it.

The room was reserved by my company. When I arrived there was a mix up in payment but was quickly sorted out by Manager on Monday. The room was clean ,the breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety. I was out of the room at night and attempted to sleep during the day there was a lot of banging and bumping from the next room but otherwise it was a very nice room

They have an outstanding breakfast selection, even though I am a smoker I like the idea of the no smoking policy in the building. All of the staff members that I came across seemed very helpful. I definitely will be coming back to stay within the very near future. Hopefully I will be able to get a weekly rate.

I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels and love them. I would however make a suggestion for this hotel. When you have a full house on the weekend, you should have at least 2 breakfast ladies working. The breakfast lady they had working had only begun that week and was having trouble keeping the food readily available and also did not know that on the weekend that breakfast was served til 10 am. I asked the front desk attendant how many rooms they had at the hotel and she stated they did not sell out but were nearly full. I would think that if your hotel has more than 30 rooms you should have more than 1 breakfast lady, especially on the weekend.

I stay at Holiday Inn/Holiday inn Expresses frequently as a I travel, I have stayed here several times on my trips to the Charlotte area. This is in a great area, and the staff at night is typically very nice which during a late check-in is a very nice surprise. The rooms aren't up to par with others Holiday Inn's though and during an extended stay I had items taken from my suit case, there is a police report on file but I was told there are NO cameras around to prove who was coming in and out of the room, so that was disappointing. I'd look else where until they clean up the cleaning staff/management.

It was totally fine. My family had an issue with a smell, but we easily switched rooms. After that, we had no issues. Room was clean, service was good, complementary breakfast was sufficient. Not much in the way of problems during my stay.

Great service, easy to get to. They were able to sort out our reservation after we had to quickly make then when our flight was cancelled and they seemed to genuinely care about our needs. The only issues we're that the HVAC unit was noisy and the toilet seemed to be leaking, so it would run every 10 minutes or so. I'm sure that is isolated to that room, I'd definitely stay there again!

Absolutely the best ever breakfast area of any place we've been. So clean and huge variety. Room clean and comfy. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff friendly too.

Comfortable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. They are in the process of renovating some of the common areas. The fitness center is freshly remodeled with all new equipment. Walking distance to many food options. Standard Holiday Inn Express free breakfast including their cinnamon rolls and pancake maker.
