The room had a bad smell. Refrigerator leaked. No bedding for pull-out sofa, only a sheet left in the closet. When asking for a blanket was told they were all in the laundry. Was not aware that room is only cleaned after 7 days, garbage left in the hallways, pet friendly hotel, but while walking the grounds dog feces everywhere. Next time visiting Charlotte, we will definitely choose another hotel.

Stayed there for one night and would definitely stay again. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated far enough off the main road that there is no noise from traffic. The room was spacious and very well maintained. The bed comfy, the kitchenette and the bathroom were very nice. Would recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Pablo at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was nice and clean, fully stocked, and the bed was super comfy cozy!

Nice clean location inside and out. Pet friendly is always a plus. Nice area to walk dogs around the building.

Quiet location off the busy highway away from the rest of the hotel cluster. Clean room and affordable pricing. Perfect for work trip as they include kitchen in room for cooking if you wish.

I love the large rooms. Kitchen, recliner, stove top. This is really nice. Some things are a bit dated but overall this place is great. I would stay here every time I need a place in the area.

CLEAN CLEAN rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable, friendly staff. Surrounding Is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a place just to sleep. Low pet fee which is what drew us to the place. Spacious rooms. The AC was hard to control but could have just been for our room. Overall, it wasn't bad for the price.

For the price, this hotel is a good value. The bed and pillows were comfy and the suite was updated. We stayed for 4 nights and I never heard people in the halls or in the rooms around our room.
Cons: the elevator was dirty in the sense that it seemed it required to be swept once or twice a day but that wasn't happening. There were scuff marks on the door and fridge that seemed like it should be easy enough to take out with a magic eraser. The halls could have been vacuumed more regularly. Overall, the hotel wasn't 'dirty' in the sense of being gross or grimy, it just needs a little more attention to the little details.response / report this review -
