It was awesome! This by far the best Nike store I have been to. My favourite part was that they had all the Jordan shoes on display. They had five floors women's, basketball, running, kids and a floor with some of the more expensive clothes. Overall it is one of the best stores I have been to and if you are in chicago you should check it out.

Nice store and staff, but they have more empty floor space than merchandise options. It was more Showy than anything. Like a mueseum.

More of a brand showcase than an actual shoe store. I popped in to try on tennis shoes and they only had two styles, neither in my size. It's a nice place to bring out of town guests when you're strolling Michigan Ave.

Pretty incredible Nike store. Don't come here looking for a deal, frankly, I didn't buy anything. If you want the newest Nike clothes/shoes and have the money to afford it then stop in. If you are just a tourist it is worth a quick peek to just see all that the huge Nike brand offers.

Too expensive to want to buy anything, but a joy to walk around to experience! At the entrance there is a basketball chandelier, on the second floor there is a wall display of every single Air Jordan that ever came out. There is also a hanging sculpture of the Air Jordan symbol made out of gold gym shoes. On the kids floor, they had life size posters of different athletes with their shoe size painted on floor. We had fun taking pictures of ourselves next to the athletes so we can compare sizes, lol

Very cool store with a great selection of Chicago marathon merchandise. I also really enjoyed the post marathon activities and free medal engraving. However, my wallet was stolen and two purchases were made totaling over $1600 and they didn't even check an ID?? I have reported the purchases to my bank, and I am having my debit and credit cards cancelled and replaced. I also have to replace all of my ID's. I'm not blaming the Nike store for the stollen wallet, but they really should have checked an ID based on these purchases. They weren't apologetic when I called about the missing wallet, and said they only use the credit card chip for ID.

The place is nice. The first floor has better service than the 2nd floor. The staff upstairs just stand there looking at you knowing you need help. Came here with my brother and once we asked for help this guy looked pissed. This staff guy was literally just talking a friend about the bulls, like bro it's cool if you're catching up but do your job. It's not that hard "buddy". All it took you to help us was 3 minutes. You could've told us where else to look or at least order online.

Helpful staff and of course good quality merchandise. Completely overpriced as usual though. If you are looking for Nike shoes or pretty much any other shoe brand i suggest ordering online from Zappos. They deliver next day, you can return free of charge and they are cheap and authentic.

I only visited this location for about ten minutes because the particular style of shoe I was looking for wasn't available, but I went through a process that included Nike's service. The shoes there, from my past experience, have been good and high quality. The service at different locations are different but they're all not too bad. This is a big location, almost like a warehouse, and usually has a okay amount of people milling about in the shop at every hour. I'd like to say that this Nike store is more busy in the afternoons, but I cannot confirm that.

Yeah I could go broke here. It's Nike, it ain't cheap but you get what you pay for. There is a lot of options at the store and the staff seems knowledgeable. It's a cool store and usually stop here when I swing through Chicago.

This is a great store if you know what to look for, and where to do so but if you're a first timer like me, then you probably don't know where to go because it's so gigantic. I mean, 5 levels with escalators?! Wow, this is one huge Nike store! This store deserves to be on the Magnificent Mile because it has such huge inventory. However, as you'd expect for it being a big store, it's hectic, and hard to maneuver yourself around. Also, the staff are hard to be seen. They're either helping other customers, or they're non-existent. I'm not going to give a 1-star rating because of that. While I had trouble myself, I'm sure if you can find someone to help, you'd have a good shopping experience there. Oh, and the Air Jordan logo made with bunch of golden Air Jordan shoe silhouettes are pretty cool.
