What an experience! This was my first time looking for my wedding dress with my Mother and sisters. Joanne my bridal associate was so patient with me; I tried on about 10 dresses. Until I found the ONE! An unexpected treasure hidden in the mist of wedding dresses. It’s a touch of sexy, elegance and traditional all summed up into my perfect wedding dress. Overall my experience was great. Check this place out you will not be disappointed.

I liked how we were able yo grab our own dresses and pull what we thought would look best. Once they've gotten a feel for your taste and vision their choices were pretty spot on. Great atmosphere, would highly recommend. Found my dress here!

I had a fantastic experience at NY Bride and Groom! I am so happy that I chose this as my first (and turns out only, as I found my dream dress here) place to shop for my dress! The atmosphere was relaxing and fun. The customer service was excellent with a huge selections of gowns and accessories. We loved being able to walk through the store and pick out things to try on. Additionally, my consultant Maria was AMAZING! She was extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. Her expertise in pinning the dresses to make them fit just right was like magic. As a petite bride, this was especially helpful. She also made this experience fun and comfortable. Felt like I was shopping with one of my close friends! Maria really made this experience the best it could be and we had so much fun with her!

I had a great experience at New York Bride and Groom. From the shopping to alterations to gown preservation, they do it all! I even ordered my bridesmaid dresses through them and they were able to ship all the dresses directly to my girls. Mona was super helpful and made the shopping experience fun for my best friend and I. The seamstress was great and was able to add exactly what I wanted to the dress. Definitely would recommend NY Bride and Groom for Charlotte bides. One stop shop, less stress and its fun!!

Maria was the absolute BEST!!!! The bridal shop is amazing. They have everything any style. I came here twice and the each time worked with her. Everyone there greeted me and my guest with a smile. They were excited and happy and they made me feel good! I said yes to a dress! The dress was way under my budget and everything I wanted and more!!!! I will recommend New York Bride and Groom bridal shop to everyone over David's Bridal!

I had the best experience at New York Bride and Groom. From the way I was treated with kindness, to the cool atmosphere- it just has a great vibe. I went other places, but in the end I kinda wanted to give NY B&G my money. Laid back, but definitely helped me find The Dress.
*Also they are storing my dress for free. I can go try it on whenever I want, and they do alterations in house.

I had a great first time wedding dress shopping experience here! The prices are very reasonable for the average-person bridal budget. Everything I loved was less than $1,600. I was pleased with the huge selection. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. We had full access to all the dresses and the entire store. I probably tried on 30-40 dresses this day and was not rushed at all! They were very busy when we came (Saturday morning), but the service was not dampened whatsoever by this. I plan to be back to continue my search! Thanks for a fun and well-executed bridal experience!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses here and I can't rave enough about this place. They have a great selection of wedding dresses from all price ranges. They also have a really good selection of bridesmaid dresses. It was wonderful because all of the dresses came in early, which really helped with alterations. The customer service is out of this world, as everyone is willing to quickly help you. Krista in the alterations department was my favorite of all! At all of my fittings, she was there giving advice and recommending nothing but the best. I truly appreciated her and how she accommodated a THIRD alteration! Thank you everyone at New York Bride & Groom :) I cannot wait to pick up my wedding dress next week!!!!

Wonderful staff, beautiful store, and HUGE selection. I got my dress and alterations here. You won't find a better selection and quality for the price. I am a very tall bride and worried about selection. I was surprised by how many they had that would work for me! The alterations department has been AWESOME. I've had to have a few tweaks made after losing some weight. I found the alterations to be very fairly priced compared to other alterations shops. We also purchased my matron of honor's dress here. She was 3 months pregnant at the time of ordering. They helped us figure out what size she would need by the wedding when she would be 7 months. We got the dress and they were spot on! It needed minimal alterations! I would definitely recommend!

Everyone there was so warm and nice. My daughter was extremely hard to please. They were so patient and helpful. She found the perfect dress! We even came back and got bridesmaid dresses here. They had a fantastic selection. Can't say they were the least expensive but we definitely got our money's worth!

Any bride looking for a beautiful, unique and affordable dress please go to NY Bride and Groom! They have a great plus size selection. The ladies here were so helpful and pleasant to work with. My dress came out gorgeous. Can't wait to wear it next week..THANK YOU NY BRIDE AND GROOM!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in to when we left. All staff is extremely professional and went above and beyond to answer every question or request we had! We also decided to get the groom's tux there. The tuxedo department and especially Dwight were phenomenal!! We felt like people and not just "another couple." We couldn't be happier with the beautiful selection of gowns and tuxedos and especially the service. We would 100%0recommend NYB&G to anyone! Just fantastic!

Hands down the best bridal shop ever! What an absolutely amazing place. I got my dress here and had the experience of a lifetime. The dress selection is unlike anything I've ever seen before. From great service to expertise to fitting rooms and all, this place is the real deal! All of the staff members were super friendly and not pushy . They allowed me to pull any dress that I wanted to try on and they also gave amazing recommendations. I can not say enough about how great this place is. If you are looking for a bridal gown New York Bride & Groom is the place to be!
