Very laid back. I enjoy the smaller Malls just because I'm not big on crowds but it does get pretty busy around the holidays. It is also closer to me than Concord Mills.

It is a great place for just walking around the interior of the mall and exterior , too . I just went in the store and tried on some jeans to see how they fit so that I may order them online. This was in JC Penney . The jeans fit great, but not enough dressing rooms plus the jean fabric was so cheap. So flimsy that I would not call it denim.

Best local mall around that isn't normally full of people that are elbow to elbow. Good selection of stores, varied foods in the food court also has movie theater.

The store was packed! But the staff was friendly, helpful and smiling! When the item I needed most was not available the cashier printed out a listing of other Belk stores in the area where I could get the item I needed and even listed the number of said item that were on hand at the other stores. What an innovative and helpful feature!

It's a very small local mall. Easy in and out, good food court. Better for me than driving all the way to concord mills

Neighborhood mall with greta movie theater next door. You quickly get anything you need. The food court offers great variety, plenty of spacious seating and keeps busy.

Though this isn't a huge mall, I do like that it's not overcrowded. The number 1 reason I hate going to malls is because it's too many people. I do wish there were bigger brands here but you can't get everything.

Nice mall. A bit smaller than some others but by no means too small. Belk, Sears and JCP are anchors. Good variety of shops. Food court a bit skimpy. Easy to get in and out of. Overall nice to visit.

This place has been around since I was lil girl. I grew up cruising bk in the day. It's an awesome and nice place. The stores are nice and clean. Love the Carolina mall. Thanks brandy

its a lot smaller than concord mills which makes it perfect for people with young children. they have awesome security and great food court. must try there. cookie shop

So yes this Mall seems old and run down, there aren't many stores but the ones they do have I really like. Its more about connivence then anything. They should really update the rugs but other then that if I'm looking to shop I prefer to come here, very relaxed atmosphere.
