We came in for the weekend for a wedding and this hotel was perfect! The staff was outstanding. Standouts were Misty in the restaurant each morning who provided great service with the made to order meals and fully stocked buffet. She worked very hard. Anna at the desk also provided great service to our group! Casey at the bar was extremely friendly and provided great service. Great location and price. I recommend this hotel!

Stayed for a wedding this weekend. The service was awesome the bartender Casey was awesome. We had food come back from the wedding and he helped us get plates, forks, and knives as well as told us not to worry about getting rid of the garbage left that they would take care of it. The short girl with the ponytail (Casey told me her name and I forgot it sorry) made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. The ladies at the front desk were also wonderful. Casey also gave us all bottles of water when we got back from the wedding. We will definitely come back when we are down again! Thanks for welcoming us Yankees :) see ya’ll soon!

This is a great hotel. Friendly staff and it's always clean. The in house restaurant is a great feature as is their bar. They have great local beers. I always stay here anytime I'm in town.

I am torn on this review. We were there for my niece's wedding. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfy. However, while staying there, three trucks were broken into. All of them were in our wedding party. Also, they lost the reservation for one of our guests so they had to go to a different hotel, but was charged for a stay at this hotel. I stayed Friday night and was charged, then they charged me another $126 on Sunday for Monday. My husband was told that the first charge was a holding fee and will be returned. My sister in law was over charged an extra $40 for an incidental holding fee . I am not pleased with all the extra charging.

We used this hotel for our wedding guests and rehearsal dinner. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Our guests were very pleased with their rooms and service. The rehearsal dinner food and service was top notch with no complaints! They made sure the bar stayed stocked and let us enjoy the patio to be with our family and friends. Totally recommend this hotel for any wedding or other events.

A quick overnight stay. Here's what I liked. Quick easy check in. Comfortable bed. Walk-in shower. A couple of beers at the bar. Always friendly staff.

Relatively high price for a standard hotel. Perhaps the price was higher because it was Memorial Day weekend. Staff is very pleasant, good ole Southern hospitality. Room clean and comfortable. I believe the hotel has a gym, pool, and other stuff but we were there for a one night sleep and back on the road. Server in the restaurant stated that they have THE BEST grits, omelettes, etc. Daughter was foolish enough to try it. She described the grits as cardboard with bad gravy. The parking lot is well lit which is nice because I was concerned about my car. No issue there. Really lovely views from the hotel but I guess you should expect that when in the mountains of Western NC. Overall, you can likely do better for a lower price but when in a pinch, it will do.

Loved my stay at the Hilton Garden In. Charlotte/Mooresville. The room was very spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable. They have friendly staff and wonderful service. My wife and I came down from Maryland for a friends wedding and it was a perfect place to stay.

Staff was professional, extremely accommodating,and genuinely friendly.
The people here were the best. They served our large group(9 people in 3 rooms) like we were family.

Stayed with my family on the way to our spring break destination. It was clean with updated rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent in the morning. Pool was clean and hot tub was nice for adults in our group. I have no complaints.
