As one reviewer mentioned , our room with two king beds was quite small and NO closet to hang your clothes (they had a bar going along the same wall,). The AC unit groaned a bit and the hot water we got for tea every morning from the thermos urn tasted like stale coffee. Also some front desk staff were pretty lapse about wearing masks at all times.

FOLLOW-UP.
The manager did call a few days later and apologized about our stay and our comments, and has assured us that he has resolved those issues- additionally he also gave us honor points. Definitely good customer service, which is rare these days.

This Hampton Inn is great! The rooms are all updated and modern. I love how spacious and cozy they are! Hotel has continental breakfast and a nice pool! The Don Pablo Mexican restaurant across the street is an absolute must!

Booked 2 double bed rooms ahead. Drove 9 hours to be informed when we got there at 12am that they over booked and there was no double bed rooms left. Was then told that gold members get first choice over me and thats why they gave our rooms to other guests even though I had a reservation and paidfor the rooms already. Every hotel within miles and miles was booked. Ended up with a handicap room with a king size bed and my children had to sleep on the floor. Then when trying to shower the cold water did not work, just super hot water. Had to fill the tub(that the plug did not keep water in properly on). Took ice bucket and had to use it to put cold water from sink in just to be able to wash the kids.

Beds were firm enough, which is what we like. Made my wife happy not to have a bad back the whole trip. Our 1st floor room had a shared door with the adjoining room so we got to listen to them do whatever all night so that was rough. Other than that very good stay.

I stayed at this Hampton due to displacement from a fire for a couple weeks. I really appreciated the cleaning measures and adjustments they have made to prevent the spread of the virus. The breakfast was modified to grab and go. The gym was closed. Housekeeping would only come in your room upon request but they would provide you with whatever you need if your prefer to do it yourself. Most importantly I saw housekeeping cleaning various common areas throughout the day. They also mark rooms that have been cleaned and space out days between other guests staying in that room and they use Lysol products. All staff had on masks. So they’re taking it seriously and I appreciated it. They upgraded my room to a nice suite to be sure I had a comfortable stay as possible, which I did. They’ve renovated so the updates are nice. I had a really good experience here. I’m sure you will too. Abraham, Doug, and Christina at the front desk will look out for you.

Room was clean, it was a little on the small side. Breakfast was nothing special. But the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. I have stayed at my share of hotels and the staff here would make me stay here again(it was just little things that made them at least appear to genianly care that our stay was perfect. ) they also had great coffee.

Stayed just 1 night but would most definitely stay again. Stayed in a suite and it was very clean and comfortable. Large bathroom, comfortable setting. It's off of the highway a little so it is also very quiet.

I enjoyed the stay. Good location for me and the room, while very small, made great just off that space and was obviously recently renovated. It was very nice and I could not find fault with the it. Fantastic coffee and The breakfast scene was pretty alive. Lots of people.

This is our second time here while visiting relatives. The morning breakfast was typical for Hampton Inns, but the staff was better than usual. Everything was kept well stocked.

The staff there was more than capable, and seem to genuinely want me to have a pleasant stay. Never was there a time that someone looks like I was putting them out of their way to talk to me. The bed was very comfortable, the room smelled and was very clean. It felt like there was a air of luxury, without necessarily breaking my bank to stay there. I loved it. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time.

Very nice accommodations. While traveling on vacation from Houston Tx we enjoy staying at Hampton Inn Hotels when possible. This one rates very highly, and we even upgraded to a suite, and my wife and I were very impressed. The front desk at check in handled our arrival very professionally and the lobby here is one of the nicest we have seen in a while. I might suggest placing Television Channel cards in to each room. There were none at the desk.

I liked the area its in a lot of food and shopping stores. Rooms clean and breakfast is great and the night greet with beer and wine was fun. Only thing is they have a racoon pet there that will go in the garbage with you right there and i told front desk they said he won't bother u he just trying to feed his family. I didnt like that response.

We loved our king room and were sad to stay only one night. The bed and shower facilities were of high quality. With the exception of the coffee, the breakfast offerings were superb. We would have liked to try out the pool area but it was closed. The front clerk who checked us in was efficient, friendly, and kind. We will definitely choose the stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The manager Jafad and front desk clerk were extremely friendly, got reservations done quick and easy over the phone, and also informed us of a larger room for a bit more that suited our party perfectly. Rooms were spotless and the interior of the building was very appealing.

Employees were friendly, room was ok. Didn't like the sliding bathroom door, felt like I had no privacy. Not enough seating either we had 2 adults and 4 kids, the 2 adults had to eat in bed as the kids took up the dining table for 2 and the couch. And as it's not not kid friendly it is a quiet atmosphere that can make families with children stand out.

This hotel is great! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well made and plentiful. My only criticism is of the work out room. It's very small with only 3-4 machines and it smelled awful. The pool was closed for the winter during our visit so I can't make an opinion for the quality.
