this was the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom tub/shower was spotless, not a stain to be found. I travel a lot for my job so I have stayed in some of the worst places imaginable. This Best Western was awesome!

Pretty clean and quiet. Would not let me check in early. Got to breakfast as it was ending, food all put away, not even coffee left out.

This is a good hotel to stay at, especially if you're going to Carowinds. I would've given it a 5 star rating, but the room cleaning staff had their work station right across from our room. They had the door to their area open and were yelling back and forth at each other. They seemed to be having fun, but it was impossible to sleep in with their banter. We had a good stay, but we wish we were able sleep in a little longer.

Comfortable and convenient for our purposes (Carowinds). Close to the interstate and several fast food options. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Older facility but well kept.

Stayed here just one night on the way to Florida. Right off the highway, excellent location with restaurants very close. Rooms were clean. AC worked great. Breakfast was OK (no water to drink.. odd). Would stay here again!

The walls and floors are thin, meaning you can hear the people above you stomping in their room. There wasn't coffee 24/7 like we are used to. The kids running up and down the hall was aggravating. People slam doors, the elevator is being powered by a turtle, but the internet speed was the fastest we've ever had at any hotel.
The staff is terrific!!

My check in was quick and painless. The king bed suite is spacious and clean. The large tub is quite relaxing. My stay has been great so far.

The hotels was very clean and quiet. The only thing is that there wasn't much of a selection in breakfast food. The clerks were very nice, especially at check out.

It was a little hard to find it because its behind a bigger hotel but the over all experience was fine. The rooms are good and spacey. Staff attended to our needs well. They have a nice oriental breakfast. It was very simple and not much people just the way we like it cause we dont like eating in a crowded place.
