I booked a king bed room through Groupon since I am 6’4 and when I get there I was told “we don’t have any of those rooms available.” I paid for a room that I did not receive. No discount off the price, no anything. Just a, if you want to try to get a refund contact Groupon whether I stayed or not. For what it was worth, my room wasn’t even worth the price. Like a bait and switch tactic to get people in and pay higher prices. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or return!

This is a good spot for the working folks. Great beds, very clean rooms, excellent free breakfast, and the emps are friendly. There are some minor repairs that are needed in room but compared to other places, very nice. Room needs a recliner! Great television!?

Rooms aren't clean, bulbs out in the room bathrooms are small and aren't stocked with enough linens. Lampshades were missing from the room so just exposed bulbs. Beds were small but comfortable. Air worked and was quiet. Staff was helpful when asked but indifferent otherwise. Breakfast was a complete no show.

Very nice hotel with updated linens and a small bar in lobby. Staff was very friendly and courteous. For a mid range location I will definitely return.

Just booked a suite at a great deal! Just passing through and chose this hotel because of previous stays at other Wyndham hotels. Came in to find out that they were close to sold out but staff was very welcoming and accommodating! Great room.

This is my go to hotel when I stay in clt. The accommodations are nice, the shuttle to the airport is reliable, and the staff is friendly. One person that stands out is Courtney! She's ALWAYS sweet helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was uncomfortable. The key card just stopped working at one point, the breakfast was legitimately uncooked at points, and the smell of the place was off putting. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable though.

Loved my stay here. No dirtiness. But u have to ask for washcloths which is dumb. No bed bugs. Housekeeping is pleasant but if your a late riser you might want to tell the front desk to come by and change it. Also its super close to downtown and restaurants so great spots.

Arrived at the hotel and waited for about 5 minutes at the front desk until someone finally came out of the back. I went up to my room and the room smelled like an ashtray. There were people hanging out in the hallways like it was a hang out spot. Went back down to the front desk waited another 5 minutes due to her being upstairs inspecting that room and she gave me the only other room available which also smelled like smoke. No where near as bad as the first one, but it still smelled bad. I made up my mind I could not stay at this hotel. Hotel in general has some work to be done to it as you can definitely tell the age of it. I came across the street to the crowne plaza and stayed for the night and slept great. I will not be reserving a room at another Wyndham Garden.

I am a business traveler that frequents the Charlotte area. I stay here because the rooms are clean beds are big and soft and the in house food is inexpensive and good. Add to this the helpful staff and that's why I call this hotel my home away from home.
This hotel is a perfect mix of affordable with all the amenities I have come to expect. Large clean rooms big Tvs you'll enjoy this hotel as well.

Was placed here by the airline when our connecting flight failed to connect. We were on the second floor with two double beds. Shuttle runs 24-7 and can be arranged by phone or at the front desk. We came in late in the evening but were surprised to see a full bar available in the lobby that was rather chic and not seedy. Board games are available for guests in the lobby common area as well. Check out was easy, breakfast starts at 6 but we left before it was available.

I had an overnight stay here due to my flight connection being delayed. the room was nice. the best part of my stay here was the airport shuttle service. they offer 24 hours and they even took us to a 24hr walgreens so that we could buy some necessities.

Our stay was brief, but the water pressure in the shower was good, the hotel was quiet, the staff was nice and helpful, the shuttle to the airport was on time, and the beds were comfortable. The room came equipped with a fridge and microwave, and other tropical hotel amenities. The only complaint I'd have is not with the hotel: there aren't many food places that are open late at night.

My family and I stayed at the Wyndham about 2 weeks ago . We had reserved a double /sofa suite that had a kitchenette. Upon check in we were advised that our room was not available and was told that they would upgrade us to a king suite(which had one king bed / sofa and kitchenette ' My husband and I said this would not be suitable bc we were also traveling with our 2 teenage children and small dog. Stevie the mgr and Teresa the associate that was checking us in said how about we give u the king suite for the price for your dbl bedroom suite plus a joint room that had two queen beds free of charge until your room becomes available . We of course said yes that would be great ! The staff was very helpful.. We winded up getting both rooms for our entire stay. Which worked out very nice since there were the 4 of us and we had the use of the two rooms . It felt like we were in an apartment . anyone who has traveled with two teenagers , a dog and your spouse living quarters can be pretty tight .. so this was perfect . oh they also waived the pet fee! Thank you Stevie and Teresa.
