Great family resort. Room was very clean. In room jacuzzi was a huge perk for my 6 year old. Only complaints would be the TV size (it's college bowl mania time) and the lighting is very yellow and dim. Some LED lighting would really open the room up! Breakfast was great! Location is also really nice! Only a few minutes from everything.

This hotel was very nice, cozy, and welcoming. We stayed here 3 nights in mid-December and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and we had plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with 2 sinks. More importantly, the room looked and felt clean. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile when passing by. Oh, and the breakfast was served until 10 am daily, and had a fantastic selection. At 9:50 am, the staff was still restocking (as opposed to trying to clean and pack up). We never had an issue finding parking at the end of each day. The location was perfect! We could've easily walked to several nearby places. At less than a hundred a night, I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in Pigeon Forge.

Stayed over thanksgiving 2017.
First night we arrived latearound 11pm. Very welcoming staff. Warm inviting lobby. Nice clean rooms, over all a good hotel.
Special mention to the gentleman who checked us in. At 11pm he did not hesitate to find us some milk for our teaand to an Englishman that means the world!response / report this review -

My wife, grandson and I just stayed here and let me say this place is great. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are very nice. The indoor and outdoor pools are awesome. My grandson had so much fun swimming. We are going to stay here again very soon. It's a very nice place to take your family.

Front desk person was rude. Check in took forever and on top of that there was rooms that were double booked. Housekeeping staff was super nice, and the rooms had lots of space that is the only nice thing I have to say about it. Would I stay here again with my family probably not.

Very clean very nice place to stay. The amenities were great!! Also a huge + was that my family and I checked out on a Tuesday morning around 9am. It wasn't till around 4pm that I realized that I had left my laptop!! I called the inn immediately and explained to them what happened they took my name and number and within five minutes called me back and said they had my laptop! A huge Thank you to the honest staff for turning in my laptop!! Will definitely be returning!! VERY HONEST STAFF!!!

Initially a little upset we were put across the street to the inn, but quickly appreciated the slightly smaller pool area was much less busy and small enough to watch the kids easily, big enough to enjoy. Kids keep wanting to go back to the hotel and miss the other local sites.
Rooms are clean the carpet could be a little cleaner, bathrooms very nice compared to other hotels.
Staff very nice.
Breakfast was a zoo, so many people, but ok.
Shouldn't have coffee in the same line as food so it can flow better( just a suggestion).
Nicely situated for dining and attractions, (traffic is horrendous on the main drag on Friday).response / report this review -

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Had vehicle problems arriving to the hotel. Front desk was kind and helpful, offering assistance in local repair shops and stores. Kids loved the outdoor water slide and pool. Breakfast was great, had a little something for each of my picky children. Will definitely be back again.

Their rooms are not as up to date and nice as the rest of the hotel. Could use some renovations. Fridge went out. We left to start our day and I apparently forgot that I had layed a pee pee diaper on our bed after changing my son, (in plain site) and came back and the room was clean and the beds made up and to discover getting in the bed and smelling pee and my leg touching something wet, they literally made the DIAPER UP IN THE SHEETS.. didn't look or if they did didn't care to just throw it in the trash I would come back one more time but I will be inspecting the room before we come back every day. Breakfast wasn't that great either.

This was a very good place to stay. Clean rooms, nice people who worked there very helpful. Love the recreational stuff it has for grow up and children. Good breakfast. Would recommend it to all my friends.

The hotel was really nice, and I was really impressed with the lobby. I stayed in a King room with a Jacuzzi and a balcony. The air conditioner could have worked a bit better, but the bed was quite comfortable, minus the pillows.ours were down pillows that fell flat when you layed on them. If you can, you should bring your own pillow. But I was pleased with my visit overall, I especially enjoyed the view of the river from our balcony.

Family friendly. Indoor heated pool. Towels provided. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Some have Jacuzzis in the rooms. Others have in room fireplaces. And all the rooms on the backside of the hotel have a beautiful view of the pigeon river. The breakfast served is standard, but there are lots of options. And there's a Fun time Trolley stop right outside. This hotel also has a convention center that can be rented. It's a very nice place to stay right off the main road in Pigeon Forge

We had stayed at the music road hotel years ago and couldn't wait to go back. What a disappointment. We stayed in the family suite and quiet pricey I might add. The pull out sofa mattress was so broke down that we were unable to use it. Therefore we had to sleep 5 people in 2 queen beds. The breakfast as I remember before was awesome but this time wasn't even mediocre. We told the lady at the front desk about the bed and she said she would make note of it. Just not happy this time and will not be going back. Too many others to choose from.
