Came out to fix my dads refrigerator quickly. 15 minute diagnosis. Had to order part but it came in quickly and was professionally installed. Technician also gave me some helpful advice on how to get rid of the fruit flys in the kitchen.

This morning, I got a call from repair tech; M. told me he was 15-20 minutes away. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, and got right to work. He was professional, courteous, and efficient in his work. He used a replacement part I'd ordered. As I'd expected, he kindly informed me they could warrant his labor but not the part I provided. I kept the old parts and paid only the basic service call charge of $153.75. I'd call on Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain again and recommend their services to anybody.

Good job repairing. However technician could not pull microwave out of cabinet. Needed my husband's assistance and my husband pulled a back muscle assisting him. He's still dealing with discomfort several days later. Not sure how the technician would have accomplished this repair if my husband had not been there. Next time have technician bring someone with him.

Great experience from start to finish! The lady on the phone was very polite and scheduled my service on the desired day and time frame. Chase, the technician, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my refrigerator. He was very polite and professional. I would call Mr Appliance again without hesitation.
