  Very happy with Elite Garage Door. Called and they were out the next day.
  They repaired my door, and it is working great again! The men that were here were very courteous, and explained everything they were doing! I highly recommend Elite Garage Door!

  This past week I had another great experience with elite garage door. I contacted Garret via voicemail and text around 5:30 PM on Wednesday regarding an overhead door which they had installed last November. The door was giving us some trouble with excessive force on closure. Garret called me back right away and scheduled Dustin to come out to our business Friday morning. It was a pleasure to have Dustin at our business. Once again, Dustin had performed the new overhead door installation in November, and did a great job while he was at our business. He looked at for other overhead doors to perform preventive maintenance. He suggested installation of sealed rollers on all four doors, and made adjustments to the tension on the springs. I now feel confident that we will not have any mechanical issues with the six overhead doors we have in our business because Elite Garage Door has worked on all of them. I trust them completely when it comes to overhead doors at my business or my residence and would recommend them to anyone.

  Our Garage door wouldn't open one morning and Elite was able to get us in on the same day so we went with them for that reason. That was about the only positive part about our experience. We needed a new spring system. Being I didn't know much about this, I assumed what I was being charged was a fair cost. However, a neighbor alerted me to check other people in the area because what we paid was 3 times what he paid for the same repair. Sure enough, I called 4 different companies and our repair was 2-3X the cost of what Elite charged us. I called the main office and was given the run around by the receptionist. I was finally able to talk with a manager and he flat out admitted to me we were charged too much. At first he only wanted to refund me a small amount but being I had quotes for the exact same parts/service from other companies, he ended up refunding almost $600. In other words, don't take their word for it. If they can charge you extra they will! Take my mistake and learn from it! Make sure to do your research before completing the work with Elite. They are price gouging gullible people like me!
