Very professional, when I called to make an appointment they said tomorrow but they called back and said they could come today! I had previously called another company and they said I would have to wait a month! Very Happy! Hickman had my air conditioning fixed in less than an hour!

Hickmans is a great group! They were able to repair my air conditioner the next day after it quit running. I was grateful and lucky because it was going to be in the mid 90’s this week. Jesse who answers the phone was great and helpful. When I would leave messages with concerns and questions she got right back to me which was great because I was out of town and I had a son and two cats I was concerned about. Scott was awesome. When no one answered the door he called me and I was able to assist him in waking my son up. I’m glad that he didn’t just pick up and leave. I highly recommend this group. They are caring, professional and reliable!

Hickmans did a yearly AC service on my system. Their tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, and their price is pretty reasonable. I had an issue with the system not working because of a clogged condensate drain line about 3 weeks after they performed the yearly service, and they came out early the next day to fix the issue at no additional cost. Lovely service and they stood behind their work, couldn’t recommend a better AC service provider!
