My husband talked to Don this morning. We were able to schedule an appointment same day, which is Great! Thomas and Adam came out to service our AC/Furnace. They called to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly and professional. Thomas took the time to explain everything to me after the service was complete. The price was right and customer service is top notch. We highly recommend Hickman Heating and Air Conditioning!

I’ve been visiting town with my family staying with a family friend. Our friend had a new furnace put in before we arrived. Last night the A/C stopped working and Don came out almost immediately after we called Don this afternoon. He died in the system a d we are now basking in cool air.

We have loved our experience with Hickman Heating and Cooling. I've been primarily dealing with the owner, Don Hickman. He is very responsive and helped answer all of my questions. He and his team came out promptly to replace our AC Unit and I'm looking forward to using them to replace our furnace later this year! We would highly recommend them!

We bought our house in the summer of 2014 and there was a Hickman sticker on our furnace so naturally they were my first call when we needed a tune up prior to winter. They knew our system and it's quirks. Since that first tune up I have had them out twice for diagnostic work. In the Summer of 2015 Don came and gave me a comprehensive proposal of what we would need done to have our "dream" HVAC system that would be compatible with our house layout, existing duct work, and house size. Sadly we were not ready to have all of the work done but he gave us several alternatives to fit our budget. We chose to have our AC filled with freon to hold us over and he got our AC up and running before he left. This summer we knew we needed to replace our AC unit and called Hickman. Shirley is always polite and incredibly helpful when you call. Don is equally praise worthy. Although we were not financially able to update the entire system Don came up with custom solutions to make our existing setup work better than before. He explained in detail the changes he wanted to make and their outcomes prior to making the changes as well as walking me through everything when he completed the work. I will be calling them for all of our future needs and wouldn't consider anyone else.
