Elite a year ago saved me by coming by late on a Friday afternoon when the garage door came off the track, and gave me another year. Today they installed a new garage door! Service (Seth) was amazing, office had great communication and prices were on reasonable for excellence.

There is nothing worse then going to your garage to leave and having your garage door not work! In our case, it came off the tracks, with my car stuck inside the garage.

I called Elite Garage Services and they had someone over in 15 minutes! Johnny and Seth assessed the situation and determined it could be easily fixed and covered under our warranty! Within 20 minutes they had our garage serviced and up and running! I am so grateful for local businesses like Elite garage doors! They were prompt, professional, kind and patient while I was freaking out.

I called at 2pm on Saturday expecting to make an appointment for later in the week. I was told a technician was in my area and would be at my house in an hour. Like clockwork the tech arrived at 3. He was courteous and helpful. I chose to replace my 27 year old opener with the newest smart device which he had in his truck. The opener was installed in about an hour and the technician walked me through how to use it.

I appreciate the great service and especially the how quickly they were able to help. I would definitely recommend Elite Garage Door.

Dennis arrived on time [on a Sunday!] and went straight to work to repair my broken garage door spring. He was very friendly and professional and had the spring replaced in less than one hour. Dennis replaced the broken spring with a heavier one so my door could open easier. He also lubed the track and rollers. The charges were very reasonable. I will always use Elite for my garage door servicing.

Saved my weekend with their quick response time and service! A spring broke on my garage door on an Saturday and I literally couldn’t get my car out. I thought I was going to be trapped in my house all weekend but within an hour of calling them Elite Garage Door had a technician out and the door was fixed! Lee was friendly, professional and efficient. To replace two springs it cost $450 which was well worth it for the quick service. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!
